SPOUSES OF MEMBERS OF THE U.S. ARMED FORCES
    Q. I am in the military and have PCS orders to an overseas duty station; does my spouse qualify for expedited processing of the Petition to Remove the Conditions of Residence (Form I-751)?
    A. If you or your spouse has official military orders to PCS overseas, you may ask USCIS to expedite the I-751 petition. Call USCIS at 1-877-4645 before you leave the United States.
USCIS’ military assistant team at the Nebraska Service Center is available to the military
and their family members through a dedicated toll-free number, 1-877-CIS-4MIL
    (1-877-247-4645) or by e-mail: militaryinfo.nsc@dhs.gov
    OVERSEAS APPLICATION PROCESS
    Q. How does overseas processing work?
    A. Overseas processing of immigration benefits depends on the type of application or petition. For example, USCIS can process an Application for Naturalization, (Form N-400) filed by members of the military who are stationed overseas. The service member must work with the installation’s designated USCIS liaison to coordinate the request for processing with the appropriate USCIS office overseas. If the service member is already overseas, contact the overseas USCIS office at the following e-mail address:
For inquiries from the Rome District, including Iraq: email Rome.Natz@dhs.gov
For inquiries from Germany, email USCIS.frankfurt@dhs.gov
For inquiries from Japan or South Korea, email CIS-Seoul.Natz@dhs.gov
For inquiries from Afghanistan, email USCIS.Afghanistan@dhs.gov
The service member may also telephone or e-mail the USCIS military assistance team to request overseas processing.
Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence: You may file a Form I-751 while you and your spouse are overseas on official government orders. You should mail Form I751 to the USCIS Service Center having jurisdiction over your residence of record in the United States if you are overseas on official government orders. Please refer to the form’s instructions (www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-751instr.pdf) for specific filing requirements.

Medical Exam (immunization): August 20, 2019
    CFO seminar: September 6, 2019
    Interview: September 9, 2019 (APPROVED)

I arrived at the Embassy at 6:15 a.m. I think then We got inside at 8:00am. I handed my DS-260 to one of the staff there (people in a blue shirt) and I got my barcode sticker and I was instructed to line up at section A.

    First Step: PRESCREENING (Filipino Officer)
I was assigned to Window 37. The officer was Filipina. She was very nice and pleasant. First, I handed her all of my civil documents such as:

    Birth Certificate
    Marriage Certificate
    CENOMAR (Advisory on Marriage)
    NBI clearance
    Police Clearance from Bahrain
    SLEC Medical results*
    Passport
Divorce Decree of my Husband from previous marriage

(Bring all the EXACT and ORIGINAL copies of the ones you uploaded in CEAC)

The Officer only verified a few things with me like:

    When did I meet him
    My parents name
    Did he visit philippines
Previous marriages (if there were any)
Kids (if my husband and I have any already).
And if my husband is active duty military

    2nd step: BIOMETRICS (American Consul)
At Window 51, the Consul took my fingerprints after she asked my name and birthday.

3rd and final step: Interview (American Consul)

The consul greeted me. Asked for my barcoaded DS-260 and proceeded to ask questions. The questions he asked me were:
    About my husband:

    Who is your petitioner?
How long have you been married?
    What’s his job?
    How did you meet?
    Did he visit philippines?
Does he have any previous marriages?
    Does he have any kids?
Why I choose to get married in Bahrain

He handed me two flyers and explained to me how to ask for help in the US in case of any instances of domestic violence and then he asked me to raise my right hand and swear that everything I’ve said (and about to say) throughout the interview is the truth.

    About me:
Do you have any previous marriages?
    Do you have any kids?
Have you ever travelled outside the Philippines?

The consul was very nice and after he asked me all the questions he said you can go home now, your visa is APPROVED! ❤️

^ the step by step guide sis, this will help you with your visa journey ☺️ Goodluck! And yes it’s better to provide as much evidence as you can so you don’t get any feedback for giving more evidence because it will just delay your case. ☺️
