Find the local office for Patty Murray or Maria Cantwell. Murray is Senior but Cantwell has been in office 20 years, so senior enough.

Everett Office
Vancouver Office
Yakima Office
Seattle Office
Spokane Office
Tacoma Office
You’re amazing!! Thank you. Truly.

It can't hurt to try. Why don't you make a visit to the local office of your State's senior US Senator and talk to their immigration staff member?
I’m in wa state, I’m having problems finding it.

I will thank you! Like you said, doesn’t hurt to try. I’ll google the location.

They can try, but with their history of abusing the US Immigration system, success is unlikely, in my opinion.
Can I attempt an advanced parole on humanitarian reasons for my husband?

Yeah. Understood. I’ll just try and hope it works.

his parents should apply for visa at the US consulate in Mexico with his health documents. Iam sure they will consider granting visa on a humanitarian reason. There is nothing you can do as parents are solely responsible for applying for visa.
I’ll give it a try. I’ll tell them to go to the consulate. So the US one right?

Probably, yes. Most likely a 10 year ban. Again, depending on their actual circumstances, they may get a temporary visitor visa with the help of a US Senator's office. It's worth a try, but no guarantees.
They left willingly- also I should mention they had a visa in 2014 but it got taken away at the border in 2019 with a 1 year penalty. They over stayed in 2017 by not long a few weeks but that was enough for them to get it cancelled.
just wanted someone’s input. -

Where is your husband now? Why can't they visit him where he is?
He’s here in the U.S. His parents brought him here at 4 yrs old. Parents decided to go back home 8 years ago.

Hello everyone. I hope I am posting this on the correct place.
My husband being my beneficiary and still waiting interview-(I’ve tried to get his case expedited, waiting on reply, fingers crossed)
Anyway, I’d like to know if theirs an option or possibility of his parents who are in Guanajuato, MX can get an emergency visa of some sort to come see his son.
My husband has stage 4 kidney Disease, diagnosed last year January 2020, we were now informed his kidneys aren’t doing too great and needs kidney transplant.can anyone please give me any information on how or if we can get his parents here under that circumstance.
My name is Janett and my husbands name is Marco- Prayers always accepted. Praying for healing.
thanks for your time. God Bless.

Hello everyone. I hope I’m posting in the correct forum.
I wanted to ask if I should be worried that my priority date is 19-sept-14. Meaning it’s from 2014. Does this mean it ain’t current and our case has been severely delayed.
we got our cc last year finally on August 2019. It’s been a little over a year and no interview date notice. I haven’t heard anything.
Any recommendations on what I should do??
P.s Our case took so long to get to the cc phase after dealing with incompetent lawyers that didn’t do their job correctly.

This is correct, as of right now at least while the “pandemic” is still being considered a pandemic the courts decided to put a stop to the public charge rule. Hopefully you are able to expedite. We too are on the same boat, this month marks a year of out case complete and nothing. Which with the consulate closing on March 19th, the last now almost 5 month technically have not counted considering they have not been scheduling appointments or anything for immigrant visas. Best of luck
Thank you. I’ll try, what’s the worse that can happen? They’ll just say no but at least we tried.
Yes, I totally understand. Let’s hope we hear something soon.

I thought as of July 29, 2020 there is no "public charge" and no longer have the need to get health insurance. Well that what my attorney told me at least. I do think your husband qualifies for an expedite.
Best of luck and keep us updated.
Thank you for your reply. I will definitely try, I feel like this can’t be kept a secret to them since he’s gonna have to have a medical examination by one of their doctors in Ciudad Juarez.

Hello everyone. How everyone is doing well during these unprecedented times. I do have a question to ask.
I was wondering if my husband will qualify for expediting his interview. He is supposed to interview in Ciudad Juarez, our cc was exactly 1 year ago this month and we have yet to received any type of notice, And with this pandemic it has delayed many things for us and many.
Now, My husband was recently diagnosed with a rare kidney disease, I would love to see if this will expedite him to get his interview sooner as he’s closely monitoring by his specialist. Please let me know your thoughts
thanks in advance.

Thank you everyone for the insight. I guess our letter should arrive by September of this year. We will continue to be praying and staying positive

The visa bulletin is irrelevant in your case. CR/IR1 are always current regarding priority dates/visa bulletins, as an unlimited amount of visas are available for this category.
Make sure you have all the original documents and at least one photocopy of each document you submitted to the NVC, organized in your possession. You’ll get your interview date from the NVC.
Thank you for your response I appreciate it very much.

Ok so our priority date is September 14th 2019, we’ve been waiting for an interview at Ciudad Juarez since then. Is there anything I should be doing so I don’t miss anything from now until we receive an interview date? I’m assuming the list is long for those waiting an interview.
In the letter it mentions about checking the visa bulletin for updates but I honestly think understand it.
Can anyone help clear my mind??
Thank you in advance.

Our case just got accepted also. We have seen on here that it takes 9-10 months to get an appointment from the moment of CC but when talking to our lawyer he said 7-8 months so hopefully we get our appointments ASAP
Congratulations on your CC. This has been very stressful but I’m glad we’re almost done with all this.
7-8 months??? That’s crazy. I had no idea it was taking that long. I heard 2-4 months but maybe it’s more now.
I truly hope we get an appointment ASAP! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🤞🏽
Good luck! Keep me updated 😁

I just received notice in my email that we are now in the waiting list for an interview date. Though, I don’t know how long that will take for an actual date, we are extremely happy and thankful to God that all documents were accepted without more RFE. I am confident that God will open doors for us to receive a date soon.

I originally filled I864ez which I believed will be enough. I received notice that they want I864. I’m confused on a few questions. Hope you guys can help.
Part 3 is asking information about the immigrants you are sponsoring and I don’t think I choose any because I am sponsoring my husband only...
Part 5 question 1 is obviously my husband whom I’m only sponsoring but then the other question 2 ask if you are currently married enter 1 but it stated that those following questions are for persons not sponsored in the affidavit making my husband part of it. Will i simply just leave it at blank/0 since he’s already included in the affidavit. Just don’t want it to look like I entered 0 when I’m clearly married.
I don’t k ow if I’m explaining myself correctly but this affidavit is more confusing.
Help!!!

As far as I can tell the same is happening to you that is happening to me, both my lawyer and I have received approval notice and on approval notice is says they have notified nvc however if you open your account on the uscis or just check status and put in receipt number for your i601a you will know for sure. Mine still says “has been approved” rather than “has been sent to NVC or DOS” whatever they write on there I can’t remember. Apparently they are really pushing the whole it takes 90 days thing...my i130 was sent just 19 days after approval and I’m at about a month waiting for them to send the i601a
Hi. Sorry I just saw this message. After reading it I decided to log into USCIS and mine says “my case was approved “ 😁🙏

No, it says the NVC is waiting on a decision on your waiver application. If it’s approved, AND they have all the required documents then they will schedule an interview.
Waiver has been approved actually. I received notice in May.
