  2. I’m very glad for that. Thank you for sharing. He got vaccinated yesterday since we are short on time. Interview is Nov 22. The pfizer I believe is a two dose.
  3. Yeah we spoke to them today and that’s exactly what they said. At this point our only option is Johnson&Johnson since it’s single does
  4. Hello. Please I need help ASAP!! My husband got his appointment letter for Nov 22, 2021. my husband does not have the vaccine. We were holding off because we were really worried it will affect his sickeness. My husband has kidney disease as well as a hereditary disease. We really didn’t want him to get vaccinated for personal reasons. Simply because we don’t want his kidneys to be affected which can- we have heard cases. Now, we’re rushing to figure this out. Otherwise his medical exam won’t pass causing his visa to be denied. At this point we’re rushing to figure out which vaccine will get him approved by the medical examiner in Ciudad Juarez. And does he be need to complete the serious or shots before his exam? I’m sorry if my questions are everywhere but we are now limited on time and we’ve waited for this for 7 years since started this and now we’re here. Please help!!!
  5. Okay thank you for that information. I will definitely be prepared with the transcript just in case. Better to be over prepared for any scenario.
  6. Though my tax transcript wouldn’t show my current employer?
  7. Thank you so much for your kind words. My family and I appreciate it Very much. Like many others, it’s been an emotional roller coaster. But we are very grateful with this approval. I simply hope and pray when we’re there for the interview everything goes as hoped. Correct. ☺️
  8. Thank you. Very informative. Yes I plan to go with him,tho I am aware I’m not allowed in the building. The expedite is due to his illness, My husband has stage 3 chronic kidney disease and we are currently starting the kidney transplant process. He was diagnosed January 2020. I got a hold of our state Senator and we communicated back and forth. I sent her all his information so she can submit in our behalf’s, I was very on top of things that I didn’t hear anything from the NVC so i sent out another email to the the NVC after waiting 2 months with ALL his doctor forms and diagnoses and letters, we finally got notice of approval yesterday. We started this expedite in April of this year.
  9. Yeah I had a feeling. Must I have it ready in my packet or submit it?? we are pretty much waiting on his expedited interview
  10. Thank you so much for clarifying. We will get a joint sponser just in case. I did advise my husband to not Mention anything unless asked. But if they do, we’ll have the new i864 ready
  11. Thanks for your reply. yes it’s a spouse visa. I will go back to work ASAP and get a new i864 with the current employer along with paystub copies just in case they ask and will advice my husband to only mention it if asked. But I’ll have it just I case. That’s all I can think of. it’s been a long road and don’t want to see his case be denied only because pandemic caused job loss for me but since my husband is essential he never stopped working, only when he got covid.
  12. can I fill a new one out and bring it to the interview?
  13. Hi pushbrk this is for interview in Ciudad Juarez. We received an email today saying his case has been approved for expedite due to his chronic illness, not sure if you remember but you suggested to contact the Senator of my state a few months back- I did that and it was successful, we’ve been waiting since April for a yes or no answer. Because of the pandemic (im a dental assistant) so when the pandemic first hit in March 2020 my employer closed the office then it lead to schools being closed, then it became online only meaning I had to be home with our 5 year old. Now that she started 1st grade yesterday, I am now able to return to work. Yes. I’m just so worried now. I don’t want to mess this up because I wasn’t able to work.
  14. Okay, so since our daughter is finally back to school, I’m going back to work but it’s not the same place from my AOS. Will that be an issue?
  15. Yes, he lives with me in the US. So if I understood correctly we should be fine?… his income should be enough?
  16. Hi VJfamily. So I’m wondering if I need a new AOS if I’m no longer employed at the place I had originally filed. We finally received notice my husbands case has been expedited and I want to make sure I have all documents when it’s time for his interview in Ciudad Juarez. ive been unemployed due to the pandemic, my husband continued to work. He makes good money on his own. Is there something I should do as in updating AOS??
  17. I was out of work due to schools being closed in my state and not being able to do child care. So, if that means I need a joint sponser than I will get one. I’m simply asking for a suggestion. thanks for your input. Have a blessed day.
  18. Hi TboneTX. I have an update. I did start a new topic. If you have time, please read and if you have any suggestions I will appreciate it. 🙂
  19. Hello VJ family. After 2 years of waiting for an interview- and 5 months waiting on an approval or denial for expedite, We finally received approval for my husbands case to be expedited due to his chronic illness. we are extremely happy. We needed good news in our life’s. now, we’re simply waiting for an interview date. Just the fact that it’s been approved fill us with so much happiness and we thank God. I know I have to get some paperwork ready for the interview, if you guys can give me some insight on what not to leave out- that will be much appreciated. Due to the pandemic I had to stop working, I am the petitioner to my husband, our 6 yr daughter finally went back to in Person learning yesterday- I’m worried this will be a direct denial. My husbands earns good money on his own. We also are in process in starting our own business, just waiting on business license approval from the Secretary of State. Now, if anyone can give me some advice on my current situation I will appreciate it so much. thank you.
  20. Thank you. Your prayers are more than accepted with lots of gratitude. Prayers move mountains and I have faith.
