I figured as much, that's why I asked you to double check because you said your interview was already scheduled in your prior post. No biggie.
No, exactly as I stated my case was updated to on USCIS that our Interview is ready to be scheduled but we don't know how long it takes to actually receive the letter with the appointment. If this makes sense.

Whoa, that's pretty quick for Seattle that you already have an interview in just a year (I took a peek at your timeline)! Did you expedite?
Sadly, we haven't had our interview yet. Our case just updated to say Interview is ready to be scheduled but no letter yet. I have heard that this can take months. I am just happy we have EAD!! We did not expedite.

Hello! It is so great to see so many people having the Interview and passing!
We are located in Seattle, WA where things were moving slowly.. my husband had his bio appt May 10th and received his combo EAD today!
Question: How did you all receive the Social Security Card?
Our case for the I-485 was updated on May 17th to Interview scheduled and are still waiting to receive the letter in the mail with the date and time of the interview. Thank you all for updating with how your interview went. It has been helpful!!
Question: For us who had to submit the I-944, what is currently occuring with the I-944 during the interview? Is the beneficiary obligated to have health insurance? Also, what about the medical exam. My husband had his medical exam in 2019 does he have to have an updated one for the interview?
Thank you in advance!!

Were you able to schedule your biometrics? We're still in limbo, no notice, no update, ignored by USCIS and Congressman's office.
So sorry for the late response! I chatted with Emma and was able to get them to habe an officer call us. They called the same day, April 12th and they "rescheduled" our biometric appointment. We went on May 10 and saw that our case was approved today! Also, a day before we contacted USCIS in April I had mailed our congresswoman to seek an update on our case so we just tried what other people habe attempted!

Good to know they were able to schedule you. Good luck!
When we called USCIS back in February and made service request about that "missed appointment", the tier 2 called back within couple hours too. But she said they were no longer able to schedule biometrics appointments and she had to put us back in queue and couldn't tell us when to expect the appointment. I remembered other people on this forum scheduled by tier 2, so I don't understand what the problem is. Maybe she was unhelpful because I referred to her as "tier 2 agent"? When she heard that, she raised her voice and said, "tier 2 officer"... I really didn't know that since she only introduced herself by first name at the beginning of call.
At this point we're really just want my husband's AP as soon as possible, we need to go outside of the US for medical treatment and we're hoping to go soon.Same thing happened to us! I received an email this morning stating we "missed" our appointment. Thank you for all the tips I reached out to Emma and am supposed to get a call back within 72 hours. Hope we can get an appountment scheduled and good luck to you both, at least we finally heard something back from Seattle!!

Am I the only one left behind? 😭
Nothing up to now, not even a biometrics appointment. Not even after several follow ups and service requests. Our case file must have gotten misplaced or something.
I am right there with you! We filed June 2020 and have not heard back. We filed 2 inquiries with USCIS and at the moment I am reaching out to our congress here in Seattle. It seems like our processing is 11 months so two more months. What state are you in?

Hello everyone, my husband and I are planning on sending in our AOS next week and have been keeping track of March and April AOS filers. I was hoping to ask some questions for those of you who habe dubmitted the I-944. Any advice would help us out!
1. For I-944 part 3. Your households assests and resources, did you include last years bank statements? I am the petitioner so I included my checkings and savings accounts since that is all I have and I make over 125%.
2. Part 3: Household income
How did you guys fill out #1 for the beneficiary question "Did you or your household members, whose income is being included, file a federal tax return"? My guess is yes since it says "you or your household" but would like to see what you guys did/think.
3. For the credit report and score what are some ideas you all came up with. My husband still does not have a SSN he does have a letter from SSA that he did apply and I took screenshots from experian that states he does not have any credit/score. What did you guys do in this situation?
4. Part 4: Your education and skills
My husband did not receive a high school degree or anything after. He studied until 9th grade in his country. He has a certificate that states he studied until 9th grade and last year he completed one year of a type of high school program and has a certificate of completing one year but did not finish due to comimg here to receive his high school diploma/GED equivalence.
I know this is a long post and appreciate so much and help I can get. I wish the best for each and everyone of you who have submiited AOS and are waiting!!
Thank you in advance!!

Is the NOA 1 date the date that you received the notification, or the date that USCIS says on the website? Attaching the screenshot from the USCIS website which says April 18th but we didn't get the text message and case number until April 23rd.
Sooo excited to see all of these approvals. Congratulations to everyone who received one and fingers crossed for the rest of us!!!
I think its the date on the hardcopy

March 2020 AOS Filers
in Adjustment of Status Case Filing and Progress Reports
Posted
Hello! My husband and I applied June 2020 and today we got a letter, I-797 stating that his Adjustment of Status for Permanent Residency has been approved and his card should come in the mail soon! We have not had an interview, does anyone have a similar experience?
