Yes. You'll have to ask for a tier 2 person/officer and they will transfer you and you'll leave a contact # and they'll call you back in 1-4 hours I guess. It was 1.5 hours for me. 

Yes it was one lady, she was not nice. Okkk so she isn't an officer.
She just typed my case number in the computer system and said in review. And that you should wait 60 days. Lol
And she was advising about the processing times posted

I spoke to one that was very nice and one that was a freaking #######!!!! but she eventually put me through to an officer/tier 2 person and they are the one that helped me. The tier one had no info at all.

To get passport photos of your loved ones from another country it's simple. Download a passport photo app on the app store (android or ios). Save the photo. Send it. Have it printed at walgreens/cvs or photo place on a 4x6 make sure you follow the passport photo requirements. You're only 3 days after us and our official approval was 5 days ago. I'd definitely do whatever you need to inquire with USCIS. I'd have your mom or mother in law or whoever that called before go on as you. They won't know the difference. They asked me the inv#, my date of birth, the NOA1 date. I think that was it.

Mine july 6th and WE ARE APPROVED! Just got the mail today and said we are approved on june 21st.

I feel that USCIS has made it pretty obvious they don't give a S*!t about any of us, including many many many-generation Americans like me. I'd LOVE to see some change and I'd be behind most anything, but I feel like it would take 25% or more of the US population to come together on something to make any government agency make a change, not just the USCIS. The government here has gotten way too big and doesn't care about the people they represent anymore. They make their own rules for us and themselves. Republicans or Democrats, they are one in the same, just different agendas.

Absolutely no problem. I was just curious some of the reasons. Thank you so much for your answer also. I'm definitely wishing everyone on here best of luck regardless of situations. 

Also to add, I know each and every one of us here on Visa journey have our issues and a list of problems, financially, emotionally, and personal stuff. There are so many reasons why we are displeased with the service of Nebraska. 
Maybe I shouldn't list mines because it's really useless to say it, and some stuff is a bit personal. I'm like one in a thousand people.  Because everyone here has their issues, big or small, general or personal. Everyone has a reason why they are displeased with Nebraska Service Center.
 
And I can still continue to wait, I'm happy still, 🙂 everyday I wake up looking at the beautiful cows in a field, I go out to feed them, they make my day especially the baby ones.. it's just that I wish uscis nebraska can keep their words. They promised us 10 maxmium months, then they keep pushing it back.  when most of us had first applied back months ago, little did we know it'll keep changing.
They are not truthful to their times.
 
If they had told us from the start, the approval step will take 1 year. I'm sure all of us would be ok. But lies no one can handle.
They are indeed unprofessional for a government service of USA.
 

I'm living abroad.  Everyday here is literally 109°farenheit or 43 celius. Just a month ago we were having 119 degree farehienheit. Nights do not cool down, it's 100 at night.
 
Also my husband cannot be left alone due to he has an eyesight problem in both eyes which cannot be fixed. He has a medical paper showing. He is a musician so he doesn't need to see to sing. He makes money through that.  In US he has already programs we arranged.
I cannot work here in India legally. I don't have any money. My mother from US has to send money.
I got a mucus problem I developed over time.  Every six months I have to leave the country to go Nepal to return. Cost is $500 total. I've went 4 times to Nepal. 
Also living together or separate, no one wants to wait a year just for our papers to look at. 
I know living separate is really really most really difficult. I feel you.. I'm sorry.. I pray that everything works out well for you.. 🙏🏼🙂

It's not just some bs, it's MASSIVE bs! Nearly this whole process has been crazy. 

This is the 2nd Quarter I-130 processing. 

As you can see another Quarter with poor performance from Nebraska Service Center.  They get nearly 20K petitions and only process 11K.     Potomac the best performing one got 14K and processed 23K again getting ahead.

If you compare the data with the previous quarter. QTR 1 - Recieved 21K Approved 15K  QTR 2 Recieved 20K approved 11K

The situation is so frustrating  that some people start to lose their mind .. 
Nebraska is creating a big mess in everyone life . 
We need to stay strong but most of it we must not attack each other. 
And hiding the truth will not help . 
I have nothing against the FB group I was there for few days and people where nice to me but I better like to be on VJ  who is more helpful and accurate
