That part I can agree with. He nor 99% of the other politicians care about us. They only care about the "bad kid" so to speak. The ones that get them votes. Anyone trying to handle their business legally is of slim to no concern. Immigration or any other legally handled issue. Only issues they (both parties) care about is the ones that the piece of trash news channels (both political agendas) shove down our throats. Illegals, criminals, "terrorist", ect... when the vast majority of us legal honest people get screwed. 

Trump says a lot of bs to get attention and distract. Media eats it up and creates fear to divide the real issue is at Nebraska. Potomac and Texas are keeping or exceeding their petition intake. Nebraska did like 5000 less last quarter. Until they bring back performance metrics. Nothing changing at Nebraska it just seems like they got lazy. They are like just collecting paychecks at this point for minimal work. 

I have not seen anything that says it will affect spouses......but why don't we wait until the law in enacted?

That is a editorial......I see the words "may" and "could" a lot in that piece.

We are close. Ours is July 10th 2018. We've both been praying like crazy also. For it to hurry up and for us to have patience and understanding...haha

I don’t know what’s going on there but I agree I see that nothing rational can come from there . 
Maybe like each morning they point their finger on a pile and decide "today it will be this date even if it's not in order anyway we have nothing to explain to anyone"

I am going to go to the one in Miami on Tuesday (luckily I am off). I am going to demand answers about the discrepancies between service centers. Going to bring a print out of the many Potomac Receipt numbers for evidence. Then I am going to talk to anyone around in the same boat. 

I figured it's going to be more difficult to dismiss someone in person than over a phone so I can judge them on how they react. 

 

It will be at least a year from filing to visa in hand.....probably longer. Perhaps the US citizen should make a visit during the process......this process requires a great deal of knowledge, planning, time, patience....and money.

I really think they want us to become completely crazy !!!!!

We filed in January 2019. It hurts that there are people with the same PD as mine, and later, getting approved at Potomac and even paying fees at NVC at this point. I'm visiting my husband in the US right now and I think we are going to change path and file for adjustment of status. With this process going so slowly, and getting slower all the time, I would rather not be able to work for 7 months while I wait for a work permit, and at least be together.

My I-130 is finally approved! 
 
Priority date : June 18th, 2018
I-797 (approval) notice date : May 17th, 2019 
 
I cannot still believe how it could take 11 MONTHs I-130 to be accepted.. 😰

My wife breaks down and cries every few weeks and it KILLS!!! me to see her so sad. It makes me even more mad about this whole process. We June/July 2018 Nebraska filers HAVE to be getting close now...🤬

I pray for June/July and August 2018 to have less petitions sent because of Summer holidays ( who knows 🤷‍♀️🤞) like that we will hear something soon 🙏
 

I feel the same and plan to do this today. I don't plan to even include my wife and my timeline, just making a broad statement about Nebraska in relation to say Potomac. More than double the time is insane! 
I've been messing around on this site for a few days and not sure I should be excited or discouraged now...haha GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!!
