I am still waiting for police clearance certificate for my beneficiary, but I have submitted everything else from my side and from beneficiary side on march 11th, today is march 18th and its keep showing as submitted. not sure if they are not going to look other documents till I submit Police clearance certificate.

    Any thoughts from anyone has the same issue.

    I had uploaded everything 8 days ago and they were at “submitted” status, before the maintenance started. OMG I can’t wait to find out if it’s all is accepted, or if there are rejected documents.

    Also the notice on CEAC website has changed the maintenance end time from March 15th @ 8pm to March 16th @ 10pm (today)

    Website is up now, were you able to check?

    let me know if they were able to give same dates for your parents interview? as I have two cases with them and needing a same time interview as well.

    you can upload the civil documents before police report but it will not let you click on submit button until all those documents including police report is uploaded

    Money has been taken out from my bank account since 03/04/2019 but still showing process... ####### is going on

    Maxifer, same here it does not show I have to pay anything, check your class on top right hand corner, let me know what class are you under as I was under F2B and they changed it to F1

    I just signed in just now and it is working.. so try yours i think they may fixed the issue

    Mine was issued on 22nd feb but still can not login. Happy for you A.A that you were able to login.... gave us some hope

    I paid my first AOS fee just now..

    I tried to pay the other fee it will not let me.. i guess i have to wait for the first one to process?

    Which date was your case issued?

    you have hang up and keep trying, I had to try 7 times in 30 seconds before it connects but because of Monday its so busy I had to wait 50 minutes and no luck talking to anyone yet.

    Thanks for keep calling, I have called as well but wait line is more than 1 hour, I have to call now in my lunch hour. I am not seeing this thing will be resolved anytime soon. why can't they just issue us a new Invoice number which can work?

    Its same IVSCA000003xxxx cases for both but not sure how 27th worked today but 22nd still not working 

  15. no luck still... we live in a stone age now as its already 10 days and problem is not fixed.....seriously 

    On Saturday March 2, 2019 starting at 4:00 p.m. to Sunday, March 3, 2019 1:00 a.m. (Washington, D.C. time), CEAC will not be available to accept payments due to scheduled maintenance. Please do not submit payments at this time. Maintenance is expected to be completed by 1 a.m. but may be extended beyond this time. Thank you for your understanding and support.
