    NEWS channels just create sensation and hype. The ban may effect officials who are responsible for taking back deportees from US. Ordinary people need not worry.

    I am not sure. I haven't gone through the interview yet. But looking at the requirements from ISB Embassy, English Translation is needed as it has information like Children etc which is not in Nadra Certificate.

     

    There should be places in Lahore who will do English Translation of Urdu Nikah Nama. Please note that I uploaded only the Nadra Certificate on CEAC. Rest is for the interview in Islamabad.

    I am not sure about Lahore, but I got the English Translation from Karachi and the guy just got it attested himself. Its anyways Translation of Original. Not sure if it really need any attestation. If she is taking Original Nadra Certificate and Urdu Nikah nama with English Translation she should be fine.

    No. She does not need any attestation but have to take the original documents for interview. That includes the Urdu Nikah nama, english translation of the nikah nama (this can be attested) and the original Nadra marriage certificate and her Nadra Birth Certificate.

    Did your fiance finally got the visa and when?

CO didn't ask for any additional documents or anything but gave me a 221g for Administrative processing. The status was stuck at "Ready" all the time. Got updates couple of times in between. Then on June 12, 2017. It changed to "Refused" without going to Administrative processing. We emailed the embassy and the told us the same thing like you that its still under Administrative processing. Once its complete then they will review the case. Since then Its the same. Case is still at the embassy and not returned to NVC yet. We tried to contact them multiple times and they said the same thing that its under Administrative Processing.

    He has to make an appointment at the US Embassy in Algeria and they will certify it for them. Check their website first if they provide this service. 

    Can not log in to CEAC website, message "The selected Case Number and Invoice Identification Number combination you entered does not match our records. Please try again or contact the National Visa Center for further assistance."

    I paid my fee on 03/04. Still in process. Can someone tell me if their fee status was changed to Paid? 

     

    These nvc people should go back to plain old snail mail method .
