In regards to the tickets, that's the easy part  i usually use google flights.

Today i received an update about card production for my vawa application.
 
- sent application for I-360 in Feb 2018
- prima facie Apr 2018
- 2nd prima facie Apr 2019
- sent in additional evidence 2 times after filing the petition.That included GMC from home country, divorce decree from previous marriage and proof of spouses immigration status. Thanks to education I received from VJ! Otherwise I would have received RFE.
- Did 2 separate therapy sessions (6+6)and sent in both reports. One report just mentioned the dates of therapy. Other one was a one page report that summarized the abuse.
- Card production 25 Jul 2019. No rfe.
-  Need to wait for priority date to become current to apply for adjustment of status as spouse is a GC holder
 
That being said i cant wait to see the physical approval to confirm that this step is complete for me.

It's really not unusual..there are so many NYC petitioners who are at that same stage! Although she filed April 2017, it was approved in Dec 2018..in good time! The focus now is Dec till date...waiting for the interview to be scheduled..which will happen any time now...😊

Hi family!😊 just wanted to update y'all that I just received my courtesy letter..WOW! I wasn't even expecting it at this time following everyone else's timeline! It came pretty fast! Anyway thank GOD for that! I pray my interview letter comes through that quick! Doing my happy dance right now...#mood 4eva 💃😂😂

Upon reading your story, we have a similar situation. He promised to show up to the interview too then after few days told me he’s going to screw it all up ( interview was coming in about two weeks)  but a week before that we went to court for the FINAL RESTRAINING ORDER. I did not believed his BS. The whole process broke my heart, crushed my world completely but I’ve had enough of the abuse. The abuse has been going on for more than a year, I had bruises everywhere and lost myself in the process. ABUSE IS A NEVER ENDING CYCLE. GET OUT NOW WHILE YOU CAN. SAFETY IS THE TOP PRIORITY!

What a bad advise from someone who clearly has never been abused, has no idea what abuse is and how the cycle of abuse works. God bless your ignorance and you are welcome to read and get informed and educated on this subforum, but please please refrain from saying something that may have a negative impact or confuse the OP.

Received my Prima Facie 180 days extension today my previous one expired on July 9, 2019. My lawyer requested last week... was very fast

Happy Monday everyone. I wanted to share my recent travel experience with you. I traveled home for 2.5 weeks with advance parole and didn't have any issues at all. just returned yesterday! POE was Atlanta and airline was Delta. I wish everyone a blessed week!

Who has a police report doesn’t need a psychological evaluation.In your case the police report is because of physical abuse then you are good.
 
If the person has a police report because the spouse is harassing or there is no physical violence involved then the person should get a psychological evaluation. 

It's well known that you can get C09 EAD before VAWA adjudication and C31 after i360 approval! I guess your case is different!😊 thanks for the input though👍

Happy new week to all 🙂
I just stopped in real quick to give everyone a heads up. A friend of mine called me today from Texas to warn me about traveling out of the country for now, as it may be happening at random airports nationwide, immigration are turning people away at U.S ports of entries at different airports. She said that some of her husband's clients who are green card holders were sent back to their country of origination yesterday at some Texas airports, many of them were West Africans, no one knows the reason why, just that many people were put back on flights to take them back to wherever they were coming from yesterday. Please pay attention to the news and see if your airport is involved in this and ask around before making travel plans please. There is so much uncertainty right now, especially with the elections looming and census citizenship questions creating legal political battles, no one knows what this administration will do next. I just wanted to give everyone a heads up to do their due diligence before traveling out of the country, this just started yesterday.
