Hi all I just received case and invoice id for my son CR2, my husband is both our petitioner, however upon logging in to CEAC I notice  AOS fee is already saying paid and I am able to start uploading financial support docs.... is it that the AOS fee is changed once?

I checked my case status here and I got the same response, I got worried so I sent them an inquiry asking if they received my docs...😟

My cousin applied for the same thing like 2years back and the process was a bit different then, they received an email with a cover letter having barcode which had to be attached to the front page of documents while submission. Seems the process is not the same now. So just wanted a confirmation from you guys too

It will take time. You stand a better chance of your case being completed faster in the current category. He should have done that first and in the interim petition for you. I guess, all you can do now is just wait the time and pray for speedy processing. Unfortunately your case is with the slowest service centre. just keep praying...

your case will only be upgraded when he becomes a citizen and you inform USCIS to update your petition with the information.

                      Received by NVC- 23rd May, 2019 (APPROX 8WKS FOR USCIS TO TRANSFER TO NVC)

                      Assigned case & I.D.#-  10th June, 2019

                      Fees cleared and document submission to NVC- 12th June, 2019

Currently awaiting word from NVC on documents that were submitted...

@bishnup im using you as my measure rule  any of your documents have been accepted?

Something sound wrong there. NVC received my case on May 23rd and I got a case # last Monday. You should call back and request to speak with a supervisor.

I saw here give it 3 days, I paid on Monday the $ was process as shown on bank account however, to date, it still says "in process"... im hoping by the end of this day its updated.
