I received an email yesterday and today stating that action was taken on my application, but when I sign in there is nothing different. Am I missing something?
I experienced this as well…

Hey guys, my cr2 received a letter yesterday saying that no biometric is needed however I (cr1) did not receive any letter for biometric. Does that letter means no biometrics for us both or I will receive a letter in the future?

That’s National Benefits center I believe. When did you mail your package?
SEE MY SIGNITURE BELOW. DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA OF THEIR PROCESSING TIMES?

hey all, just received my text message with my case # and it begins with MSC. Can anyone tell me which service center that is? TIA

Hi all, mailed in my form i-751and it was delivered via UPS on May 10th to Phoenix AZ. How long before I am notified that it was received by USCIS and have cash deductions shown on my bank account for payments?
-
Are there anyone who applied for both I-751 & N-400 at the same time and want to share their process? TIA

Hi All!!! Dropped off my wife's packet today. She was eligible for ROC on 11/25/2020 but with the holidays and everything else, we just got caught up and forgot.
The below was everything that was included with our packet. Let me know y'alls thoughts. I noticed others had a ton more evidence but I wasn't sure I needed any more. I mean my wife and I have two (US born) children together and both our names on the home deed. I don't know how much more bonafide our marriage can look 🤷♂️
- Form G-1145 – e-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance
- Form G-1450 – Authorization for Credit Card Transaction for $680 ($595 Filing Fee / $85 Biometrics Fee)
- Form I-751 – Petition to Remove Conditions of Residence
- Copy of wife’s Conditional Permanent Residence Card (front and back)
- Copy of applicant and sponsor's passports
-
Evidences of Relationship:
- Copy of both Driver’s Licenses showing the same address of residence
- Copy of home title showing both names on the deed
- Copy of car insurance policy
- Copies of our 2018 and 2019 joint tax transcripts
- Copy of our joint bank statement
- Copy of 401k beneficiaries
- Copy of our health insurance cards showing same group/policy ID
- Copy of our US born children's birth certificate / birth verification
- Copy of airline reservations for family vacations
- Original family photos since 2018
Hi excuse me if it seems as a foolish question...😬 but I see almost everyone speaking about '401k beneficiaries' including you. What is it ?🤔

Do you mean removal of conditions, ie. USCIS form I-751? For this the VisaJourney guide at https://www.visajourney.com/guides/removing-conditions-permanent-residency/ is an excellent help to get started. It gives you an idea what to say on a cover letter and what evidence to provide.
Yes, i stand to be corrected. Thank you🙂 .ROC

Hi guys, soon i will begin filing my CR1 and CR2 AOS, can you guys help me with a list of evidence/documents i should include in my package. TIA😊

How they are doing that? 🙄

However, I know that a lot of people are struggling to find and interview slot as everything is booked. So my question is, would the embassy have slots reserved for expedited cases, or would I have to try to secure a spot like everyone else?
You will have to secure a spot like everyone else.

I’m really happy for you congratulations! How long had you waited at nvc until you finally processed and expedite request and how long after being accepted did you have your interview? Also were the medical issues on the petitioners or the beneficiaries end
Every process is stated in my signature.

How did your interviews go and could you tell me a little about how you got your cases expedited please
My interview went well and my reason for expedite was due to medical issues.
