I applied in the regular way but somehow my sons case which was sent with mine in the same envelope was processed in a different way I guess because it has another letters in the beginning. Instead of MSC it has IOE. And someone told here that it’s probably because they start processing them in a different way.
Actually I’m not sure joe if it was processed online if I didn’t send it online.
 
I mixed up something than.
But. Still confused how could it happened that his case get another receipt number. And why. 
Buy it doesn’t matter. 
 
Just wanted to show it here for people who who will have the same IOE letters and tell that case will be processed so fast.

So you remember my confusion with my sons and my EAD renewal.
His case starts from IOE mine from MSC. 
So. 
Yesterday we went to do his fingerprints. And today they updated status to “Card being produced”
I like this speed!!!
But mine has t been changed.

Hi family!😊 just wanted to update y'all that I just received my courtesy letter..WOW! I wasn't even expecting it at this time following everyone else's timeline! It came pretty fast! Anyway thank GOD for that! I pray my interview letter comes through that quick! Doing my happy dance right now...#mood 4eva 💃😂😂

Probably Chicago will transfer to VSC,but it might take months.Write to Chicago field office and ask them to forward to Vermont, send a copy of your I-485 and I-360 receipt as well.

My attorney also sent mine to NBC...but the correct destination is Vermont since you filed for i360! Anyway..Sandra mentioned that it will eventually be directed to the right place..only that it delays your case a bit! No worries!👍

It takes around 2 weeks to get the Noa’s Receipts so maybe in a few days more plus your lawyer gets them all because Vawa is protected by law

@HolaBola31not sure but in my case I cancel my previous I485 and my 1130 got revoked because my ex- called immigration on me BUT I had already told USCIS about my new I369/vawa Packet so I read all this thread about previous pending I485 ... very confusing.
They can not deport you, you just have to continue with the new application and let USCIS because Service Centers don’t comunícate unless you submit the copy of previous applications in the new packet. I did it this way and so far I haven’t got any issues, I am currently waiting for my I485 to get adjudicated, I am about to email my lawyer because it has been almost 4 months now without notifications even though on today’s date it takes 4-6 months but still I will make an inquiry by end of the month. I hope this explanation helps.

Hi dear, rest assured you have not being ignored..we are hoping the attorney @sandranj stumbles into this and gives her proffessional diagnosis as usual. However judging from your narrative, you did suffer abuse and seem to have most of the documentation needed to file for Vawa. It's always worth it to have a legal representation even though a lot of folks here emerge victorious without one..apparently our cases are different so please patiently await sandra's proffessional opinion.
