My PF is till June 7. 
Do I need to do some action towards it? I mean. Do I need to ask USCIS to send me another one or they will send it to me by they own?
Could it come later than the date my current will expire?

I need your support! I’m so frustrated. 
I applied for EAD June 6 2019 and I’m still waiting... I will be applying second time for my son in a 10 days. But I’m still waiting for my card.
I was contacting senator, governor, ombudsman (he didn’t answer anything back) I sent request of expedition 3 months ago. Sent inquiry to USCIS but seems that everything just got stuck.
I will be fired May 25.
This is so so frustrating that I could save my job in this difficult times but loose it because of USCIS.
I was following rules and conditions and was doing everything they requested and this is so sad for me that I’m loosing my job because they can’t do it in time.
i have a child. 8 years old.
I have some small savings.
My tax return get stuck in the same way.
 
Just need your support. Because nobody can understand me as good as you guys. Who know how hard it really is😭

Omg! So sorry that your lost your job because of some stupid action from your lawyer’s side.
 

Hi everyone! I just wanted to share some good news, my I-360 status just changed to "New Card is Being Produced". I wish everyone a speedy approval!
 
Please see my timeline and the documents I submitted below.
 
Timeline:
01/16/2019 - submitted I-360, I-485, I-765, I-131
05/02/2019 - I-765, I-131 approved
01/07/2010 - sent in I-765, I-131 renewal
03/02/2020 - approved I-765 and I-131 renewals
05/15/2020 - I-360 approved
 
Documents submitted:
1. My notarized affidavit - 6 pages
2. My birth certificate and spouse's birth certificate
3. My I-94, copies of my passport and visa
4. Marriage certificate
5. Letter, cards and online orders addressed to both of us (28)
6. 4 affidavits from friends and family relating to marriage and abuse
7. Screenshot of messages and missed calls from abuser before and after the abuse started
8. Letter from my therapist (1.5 pages) and confirmation of my appointments with her (6 appointments at that time)
9. Letter from my domestic violence counselor (saying I receive services, not an affidavit, 1 page)
10. My medical records relating to abuse
11.My volunteer records, employment and education confirmation. Also included references from work and volunteering to show good moral character, incl photos.
12. Joint checking account statements (6 statements, I sent 1 statement for each quarter), copies of joint credit cards, copies of checks we sent together
13. Joint taxes (1 year)
14. Joint lease and copies of our IDs with the same address
15. Phone bills, internet, gas, heating bills - all joint
16. Domestic violence hotline records (I called them several times)
17. Joint insurance
18. Mine and spouse's pay stubs
19. Abuser's arrest, jail and criminal records, jail visitation records
20. Copies of photos with family and friends, traveling (26 pictures)

Thank you very much! I’m hoping that at least I will have some official paper from USCIS explaining something to provide for my supervisor. 

I pray this is resolved asap. my heart breaks . I am positive something will happen before the 25th. even if it is for the sake of your son ,God will arise on this.  I will be praying for you. hang in there dear one. you will not loose your job.

Finally my Vawa was approved today.  I would like to thank everyone on this forum for always answering my questions no matter how repetitive they were and always encouraging me to never give up. Especially @Stillwinning!!!😊 and Sandra. I am so grateful for you guys. I didn’t have a lawyer so I learned a lot from this forum. I’m praying for everyone who is still waiting for approval.
My receipt date was 4/24/2018
RFE 10/24/2019 for good faith marriage 
my response was received on 11/26/2019
new card being produced 5/12/2020

And your prayer worked!! I just received a notification that New Card is being produced!!  Finally after 302 days.

Hi everyone. I just want to encourage everyone who have been waiting on their vawa approval, interview or green card which might be a bit longer that normal processing time. 
 
I  started this journey since January of 2017 and I finally Got my green card today! God is never late. Trust his timing even when it seems unbearable.  

No I have not. 
But I was contacting everyone I can: governor, senator, sent expedition request, afterwards I sent inquire to USCIS. It’s says expected respond till May 14.
Will see if they will send something 

Can someone  help me out on the website for filling out for the stimulus check? I found one for non filers but i’m still confused. Thank you 

Your attorney is trying to rob you, don't let it happen! Shut it down real quick! Tell him you'll do it yourself! Thank you sir, I'll take it from here!😏👎 I personally didn't have a lot of documents but here I am today chilling with my GC! Gather the minimal documents you have then back it up with a powerful affidavit narrating your story with your spouse from courtship through abuse..get friends and family to write as well. It's NOT a tough RFE so don't fret! Start now..your lawyer will be surprised to see you APPROVED!!!🙌😏

Yes all of them are trying to brake our peace and calm.
I don’t know what he wants to use for prove our “fraud marriage” because this is not true. And he knows it but I guess he is scared that he will have some troubles because of me being here in US. So he is trying convince even himself that I used him for the green card. 
Ive gone from his life but even after this he is trying to hurt me behind my back.

This is so ugly of him!
After his mom was trying to convince me to drop the charges and after my ex was skiing about divorce in a normal way he is go behind my back and want to hurt me in this way.
Its been a year but he can’t stop trying to brake me take away the ground from my feet.

Hope every single one of us will get approval of I-360 and after this we will be happy.
 
And I’m going to get a therapy again because I can’t get rid of feel of guilt he put so deep inside.
Logically  I understand that this is not my fault but somewhere inside this feeling of guilt making  a hole in my heart.
