Thought I should share our update, we received our letter today with our interview date. It is set for the beginning of August. Praying you all start hearing something for your case 🙏🏽

Hello, I’m an October filer and we received this update on Friday as well. Hoping you all receive updates like ours! 🙏🏽 I can give an update when we do receive the letter and what it says. 

Hello fellow October filers. It's been pretty quiet on our thread lately, so I thought I would share some potentially good news with you. I found this post on the December 2019 K-1 AOS filers thread (it's not my case status). This person is assigned to the Kansas City field office, and their appointment letter gave them an August 3rd interview date. 
 
So, let's hope that we can all post something similar soon. Good luck everyone!
 
 
 

Just received my SSN! @Russel1995

I waited 5 weeks for my SSN. Don’t worry, it’s coming. Just received it last week and it didn’t even show up on informed delivery.

Just an update for ya. September 2019 filer status changed on 3/13/20 to interview was scheduled.  I see some of y'all  are rocking in October.

We got the letter for our biometric appointment today. AOS received 10/7, NOA 10/23, Biometric letter received 11/8, Biometric appointment 11/18. 

I got the USCIS text notifications late last night!! Now to wait for the NOA1s in the mail

Finally! Got the texts early this AM. Sent 10/9, Received 10/11. NOA1 Texts 11/8.

Good morning.... I received the Text Message at 12:30 am.... my case was received... and I have 3 receipt numbers.... let the race begin LOL.... 

Just got my biometric appointment letter today 🍀🙏😍 God is good!!! The appointment is exactly 1 month from the filing date😁😇

I checked out how things went for the people in the Sept AOS group and it was also really varied when people heard back, taking some people 2-3 weeks. I’m sure that we all will hear back in time. Best thing we can do is stay positive and have faith, it’s a stressful process for sure.

😂  Ya K1 AOS. We sent with FedEx and will be charged by credit card, don’t know if that makes a difference with the timing. 

UPDATE!!!
USPS informed delivery has 4 mails from Uscis containing all NOA. 3 for me and 1 for my wife!! 
 
I didn't get any texts or email notifications. 
 
Guys, sign up for USPS informed delivery so you can see mail heading your way. Apparently USCIS might not text or email receipts even if you attached the forms. 

Our i-485 i-765 and i-131 was received on 10-08 and we received 8 text messages this morning at midnight but still no check cashed yet.
