When my I-360 was approved, I never received any information that my case was transferred except for my attorney receiving interview notice 3 weeks after approval. Try to be proactive, but stay busy to keep your mind off every step. The wait is daunting, but totally worth it in the end. I pray for lots of approvals by year end. Yes, depending on where it was initially filed. Mine was held in abeyance, so it’s MSC based on being filed at NBC. Your GC card will have your case # is with you A#. It looks just like your EAD card except it’s your resident card. Your approval notice is sufficient for anything you need right now because your GC number is on there. You’ll get your card soon though, so don’t stress this small part. The journey is over just focus on living and waiting on the day you get to file your citizenship. God bless and congratulations. 

No, app showed card in production, then approved in 24hrs and my attorney received card/notice. It’s been the same way with EAD etc, so no welcome letter. I think people receive different things and experience different things at times. I know some people wait a while to get GC card due to backlog. You’re approved, so getting card in hand is just a matter of time. No need to worry. You status is in the system and that’s all that matters. Your GC number is the same number you use to check your status.

That's ok..he can be rude all he wants but he's not the one that will be adjudicating your i360! Pay him no mind..his wife probably left him😛💁once your petition is approved and you don't have admissibility issues, your i485 will still be approved!👍

I went to my immigration interview today without my husband, the officer was rude and made me provide statement as to why I filed Vawa and refused to hold my I-485 in abeyance. It’s all in God’s hands now.

I wouldn't just wait after 24months..I'll keep pressuring my congressperson/senator! That's a long time! You got approved way before I did..I have my GC now and in N.Y! Disturbing that a lot of N.Y filers are still waiting! I'll like to think the pandemic played a role..but yours was way before the pandemic! Keep enquiring, don't relax. Hopefully something positive happens and soon!🙏

I am sorry but your assumption is unfair that immigration is to make your life depressed  and that some immigration officers don’t want Vawa filers to have peace of mind. 
 
 We have  laws here that protect those suffering domestic violence, and we have well-trained immigrations officers as well.
 
Majority  of countries  don’t have laws allowing  a foreign person to obtain permanent residence because they suffered abuse.The only person responsible for your depression and abuse is the abuser and not the system created to protect you!
