Our package reached Panama City today on its way to Ecuador by the end of the day, according to DHL!
And I'm going to see my fiancee in Quito one week from today! -

Case was approved today!!!
NOA1: January 25
NOA2: April 15
I decided to check the case tracker app and couldn't believe it.
Was not expecting it to be this fast!
Good luck to all those still waiting!
Ours was the 25th too! That's really exciting! Here's hoping we hear something really soon!
And of course, congratulations! -

Complete the I-134 and get the other financials to bring with you and leave with her. Here is what you will need.
EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT. You should be able to demonstrate that you will not become a public charge or be a burden on the U.S. taxpayers for financial support. A completed I-134 Affidavit of Support Form (https://www.uscis.gov/i-134) K1/K2 Interview Preparation Instructions – English (February 2014) Page 3 of 9 with an original signature will be useful to the consular officer to evaluate your petitioner’s ability to be financially responsible for you. You should also submit your petitioner’s most recent U.S. Federal income tax return (Form 1040) and wage statements (Form W-2). Employment letters stating salaries and bank statements may be included to substantiate the I-134. Get the IRS transcript in place of the actual 1040 here: https://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript Use this link to determine the income levels needed https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p.
That's great advice! Thanks! Taking care of that in person is a good idea, since the timeline seems to be lining up so well.

Wow, our estimate has moved up by 6 weeks! Currently estimated for adjudication between May 21-27!
I'll actually be IN Ecuador visiting Adriana May 23-27, so if the trend of quick January approvals continues, we may be on the next step when we see each other again! That's really exciting! -

oh okay i see! i am hoping it goes by quick.
It probably will go quicker than ours did. Here's hoping!
We were a bit on the long side, but even then, ultimately 2.5 weeks wasn't THAT bad (and it included the MLK holiday last week, so one day got burned for that anyway). -

Checked tracking # and I-129F has been delivered today! when should i expect NOA1? Maybe in a week? im impatient already just for the NOA1 i can just imagine for NOA2
There really is no telling. While it's less than a week for many and less than 2 weeks for most, it took over 2 weeks from when I got confirmation of delivery by the USPS (1/9/19) until I got the electronic notification of the NOA1 (1/25/19), and I have not yet received the hard copy, although I'm hoping it shows up in my mail the first half of this week.
-
And I just got the text from USCIS for the NOA1. Will be looking for the hard copy (I-797) next week!
Thanks for the encouragement guys! Now the REAL waiting game begins...

And that's 99.99999999999999999% supports that they have it. Money collected is money in the bank. Please understand that I've see relationships crumble going through this. But there are ways that keep you in touch with each other.
There was another couple recently that decided that they weren't going get on the bandwagon of worrying about every little thing. They would control what they could see and wait for any communication. They were so calm and in love. They spent their energy on their relationship. My wife and I did the same thing. Just let it flow.
That’s a good word. Thanks.

If this is agonizing you best check in with your psychologist as it's going to be a long wait and you'll need your meds. you are looking at 9-12 months to standing in front of the CO at the consulate for your interview.
Oh, I get that. What's frustrating right now is having sent the form off to absolute silence. At least once the NOA1 comes in we'll have some definitive confirmation that it's at least in process.
As of now, the best I can say is that the USPS delivered it. -

You are on the ball @BarryLovesAdri your time line is already ready for your NOA1 good deal and congrats on your submission of your application. I am hoping your journey is smooth. Welcome to the group.
Thanks! (Sorry for the delayed reaction there. Heh!)
STILL waiting for the NOA1 over two weeks later! I did file the G-1145, but nothing so far. (I know we're still in the window, but it really is agonizing waiting for a response!) -

Well, the reason I'm wondering is her daytime number is requested just two questions below on the same page (#48) under her address abroad.
Thanks for your help! -
Thanks so much! And would the daytime phone number in #46 be her number or my number?

My fiancee and I are just starting the visa process and in the process of filling out form I-129f. She is currently living in her home country of Ecuador
Question 45 and 46 in part 2 deal with where my fiancee intends to live when she gets here. We do not know exactly where we will be living, because we will likely be renting a different apartment from the one I am living in now. We're trying to figure out if we should use my current address/daytime phone number or perhaps those of a friend who would be willing to put her up if we needed them to do so. Any ideas on how we should fill these out? We're very excited to get this process underway, and we would really appreciate any advice from anyone who is a little farther along in the process.
Thanks so much!

My fiancée is trying to schedule the interview, but the consulate is not even letting her schedule right now. Word is no interviews available for 37 days.
*SIGH*
I’m encouraging her to check back in every day. Here’s hoping something opens up sooner. Wedding is scheduled for November 9 in Orlando, but of course that’s tentative, pending the outcome of the interview.
