Baltimore Filler here, We just Got an interview notice for a date in November! So happy! Although our status never changed on the website. Good Lick to everyone still waiting for an Interview Date!

Does anyone think they will EVER start scheduling green card interviews anytime soon? This is getting ridiculous! 

Yes, still waiting since March to get scheduled for an Interview. Baltimore office here........ At this point, I'm just hoping they schedule for a date this year. I really want to be done with all this lol. This year has been hard enough so far

No not yet. But USCIS plans on reopening June 4th with precautions so I am  sure we will soon start to see some interviews being scheduled by next month. Lets hope lol 

EAD Card received today! 

Status Changed on EAD today " New Card Being Produced" aaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I cant believe it!

actually he didn’t ask any questions except to ask for my documents such as passport etc. basically he just checked that the paper work was in order. Quite weird - But I wasn’t going to complain. He said that the interview in two years to remove the conditions in my green card would be more stringent cause they want to ... and I quote “see how the marriage has progressed” 

 

 

He blamed it on the State Department not sending it over - who knows? 

Hmmm Interesting. I have also been hearing that sometimes they can give a 10 YEAR Green card instead of the 2 year. Do you know why?

7 days and my interview was one month later.... it was the last day before no more in person interviews.... they lost my medical exam results - which they told me in the interview- so I went the next day and just picked up and mailed in the results yesterday.... fingers crossed it’s approved soon. 
 

right now my status says - interview completed and my case must be reviewed. 

Awwww sorry about that. What kind of questions were you asked during the interview? and did you have to go with your spouse?

How Long did it take from "Case is ready to be scheduled for interview" and "Case has been scheduled for interview"  for those of you who already have your interview dates for the green card?

Yayyy our case is ready to be scheduled for interview as of March 18. Just checked.

Yeah, that's the same as my Husband. Gosh i feel like immigration has our lives on hold

They received our RFE Since Jan 27 . 

EAD Still stays " Case was updated to show fingerprints was taken"

My Husband and I are soo anxious! I wish the EAD can be approved so that at least he can start working.

Response to USCIS updated in the system Feb 12th

Case is ready to be scheduled March 2nd

Interview Scheduled March 3rd

 

I can’t wait for my letter to arrive and find out my date!

Patience and Perseverance has been my saving grace lol.  My timeline estimates says between March 6- March 26

Yes, so no update since we sent over the need letter for our RFE since 01/27/2020 AND nothing for our EAD since 12/13/2019 .....
