Most of my fan base here knows I am a tepid Trump supporter. I liked many of his polices but he was and is a divisive jerk who negated a lot of his good with his own petulant child behavior. Anyway the press is making a big deal that his candidate David Purdue is going down in flames here, despite the fact many he has endorsed have done very well. I don't think it has anything to do with Trump. Perdue is not popular here. He is a mega wealth former corporate raider, who was known for dismantling companies and shipping the jobs overseas, to bolster stock prices. He clearly profited off his inside knowledge during the pandemics, and really had no accomplishments during his time in the Senate, and his whole campaign was bashing the opponent, while walking through a field with a jean jacket over his shoulder. Made me want to puke every time I saw it. His failed campaign cost the party the Senate and we certainly don't want him running against a far left wacko Stacy Abrams. Oddly Abrams was a credit dead beat who never paid a bill despite having had several lucrative gigs running PACs. She has never had a real job. Guess what. 3 years after running for Governor she is now wealthy.
