What people dont realize. She was trying to run over a person not an ideology or a computer simulation. The officer had less than seconds to react. When the adrenaline is flowing and your life is possibly at stake you react as a human. Also this poor guy has been away from home on and off for many weeks. He is in the streets. He has been taking verbal abuse, people impending his mission and elected officials referring to them in derogatory terms. On to of that he is married to a Filipina. Its a dangerous recipe.

I dont really agree with ICE rounding up people that have been allowed to live in this country many years , that have lived here peacefully or brought here as kids. Many are here becuse we encouraged them and turned a blind eye. Can you imagine being brought here as a 2 year old, Assimilate into the country and then being jerked out of college and being sent back to a county that you may not even speak the language. I also dont agree with elected leaders calling them Nazi's and using inflaming rhetoric Right now ICE is acting withing the law. They need to use all the energy and money to fight it in the courts. Its as if the Governor and Mayor want violence. As for the shooting. She was far from committing an act of domestic terrorism. The officer also was far from killing her in cold blood. The lady was a professional agitator and with being emboldened by the rhetoric from the opposition this was bound to happen. The lady was told to stop and get out of the car and failed to obey. The car did lurch foward and make contact with the officer. I dont think she was trying intentionally run over him, none the less she did make contact. The officer should not have placed himself in the path of the car. He also shouldn't have kept firing into the side window Bottom line . The officer used poor judgment as did the lady and it resulted in this tragic incident. However the shooting was totally justified. The local elected officials are embarrassing.
