Yes, I just got back from the doctor. She said my blood work done in March is valid for 2years. she is going to update the signature.

i 485 Update

Guys something Just !!!

I reached out to my congressman in April, I received their response in the email today.

With attached copy of RFE for medical to be sent to local Newark.

this was sent to my old address since March 25th😪 lost in the mail I guess.

I am preparing to go mail it now.

my questions is that my medicals was done on March 7 2020, please is it still valid, can i still use it, because i saw 60days somewhere before.

please advise me before I go mail it.

the RFE expires on 6/21😵 just 19days left

I am just thankful that I got the response beofre too late.

3. You file with Vermont. The I-485 being moved to local office only moved the jurisdiction over the I-485 to the local office. The jurisdiction for any I-765 and I-131 forms remains with Vermont.

hello everyone,

I was waiting for update since February after receiving medical notice. But I think its time to renew my EAD as it expires in July. Still praying for miracle for my I485 😟

I have few questions:

1. I know about competing the 1765 renewal form with attached pending i485 receipt, like  I did did last time.

do i need to submit approved i360 or any  other document?

2. is this renewal still free since my i 485 is still pending?

3. Where do I send the renewal too, Vermont, NBC or my local off(per congressman who inquired, they were advised in Vermont that they no longer have jurisdiction and it has been transferred to my local center (Newark)

Lastly: how is everyone holding up with the delays, I am almost going back in depression, I cant do anything without thinking about it. A lot of life plans but had to wait till GC.

@HolaBola31 You can go to the post office with the tracking number, mine c311 card was like that i was directed to 2 post office before they found it.

In my I-485 me and the officer changed the address from the shelter address to my current one. 
And than I realized. After I moved out from  my ex’s house And went to shelter i changed his address yo the shelter address.

It was changed in form with red pen.

Than after I moved out from shelter I changed my shelters address to my current one. But here is the deal.

My I-360 was applied while I was in shelter so they changed the address to my current one just in I-360 and everything what was tied to I-485 we’re going to the shelters address when I was applying for VAWA and changed address after moving out from my ex’s

So that’s why my NOA was lost. Because they have this mess in addresses and things are not tied together and not updated alas it supposed to be.

Hope they will handle it better. 
By the way I even didn’t get my VAWA notice.

It still lost.

And I even didn’t get a status change to showing that my interview was scheduled.

So it was a complete surprise for me.

 

The address issue is really serious, I would like to know how you were able to go for interview without the notice, I got notice for medical since February sent to my old address and nothing since then, also changed address.

So. Ours is definitely old. In the notice it’s saying:You must bring...

”A completed medical examination (Form I-693) and vaccination supplement in a sealed envelope (UNLESS ALREADY SUBMITTED) 

We have submitted it when I was applying with my ex husband back in 2018. It old.

So my question is:

 

1. Do I need to provide new medical exam?

2. Do I need to do new vaccines? I guess I had documents about doing it. But if I’m mistaken can I get them in the office of civil  surgeon?

3. What if civil surgeon won’t have a time available for an appointment?

Can I send the message exam later?

I read here sometimes back about interview notice within a month.

My mail delivery is very slow and I don't want to take chances.

I picked up i-693 medical in the mail today dated Feb 9. and it was sent to my old address again but forwarded by usps.

I am glad that there is progress but also concerned about delay in my mails, it took over almost a month before I received this, I have also seen cases where interview notice was sent 3 weeks after medicals. 

Lastly i did the medical back in 2017, do i still need to et everything done again or just flu shot?

And please can recommend any affordable doctor in NJ for the medicals.

My I360 was approved 11/20 and I got the medical courtesy letter end of January 2021. This means that Vermont sent my file to NBC and NBC did a check on it before forwarding to local field office? How can we tell when our file is at the local office? 

Most likely,  Mine was October 2020 approval and not medicals letter since then, I getting really worried because they messed with my address a lot lately. But hang in there, you are almost done.

I picked my  i 360 approval letter in the mail today after almost 3 months of receiving c31 card. THANK GOD!!!

There is another letter enclosed: Supplemental notice of deferred action. Initial Grant Of Deferred  Action.

Is it  part of the approval notice? just not sure.

The only good thing I can think of is approval with no interview but I still have my medicals with me which I am suppose to bring to the interview. The suspense and delay is killing me.

Looks like all appointment were cancelled because of the security threat regarding inauguration. My info pass appointment was also cancelled, they called me and reschedule for the following week.
