Today the status of the I751changed to Case Transferred To Another Office. My wife's N400 interview is on 1/11, hopefully it's a combo. It was the first change of status on the website since Case was received. Good luck to everyone

Absolutely Don't forget to bring your spouse to interview centre. Sometimes Officers do separate interviews. So be ready for that too.

    Congratulations .

Filed I751 in September 2021 , transfered to Nebraska Service Center ( LIN ) , after biometrics reuse no update. Then filed N400 in September 2022 received same day biometrics used and on November 2nd case updated as interview scheduled you will get a notice for that. Got notice only for N400 . And interview scheduled for December 13 at my area service center . Went with my spouse officer called my spouse first for interview then I realized i have two interviews , one for I 751 and another for N400, as for N400 you don't have spouse interview. All went well. Both interviews passed . But officer told me since I have two year extension letter which is good for another one year. So they are not printing my new GC . He assured the Oath Ceremony will be soon. Fingers Crossed waiting for Oath Ceremony notice . Thanks everyone for your help.

  4. Yeah it seems Nebraska also used my earlier Fingerprints, only email received, something taken on your case and when I opened my USCIS account I Received this message.

Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken

As of October 28, 2021, fingerprints relating to your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number LIN................, have been applied to your case. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Will be filing our I-751 in a few days....what is the final thought on filling in the I-751.  Leaving BLANKS on items that don't apply, or Putting N/A in all the non-applicable spaces?   What is the consensus on this. I've seen posts that say both.

I will say N A rather than leaving blank, they may send back your packet if no NA in place of blanks. I put N A  and got my I 797 NOA with 24 months extension today.

  6. Hey guys!

I am getting ready to file my I751 soon.

Are you filling the forms on the computer or by hand? Last time I did I remember doing it by hand using black ink.

Another question, due to covid and that my husband is still in school we were living in his dad's house for the last year. Therefore, we do not have a lease and do not have utilities under our names. Any ideas or suggestions on to what to present?

I sent Computer Printed form only at the end your name and signatures needed to be filled hand. Written.

  7. Mailed our packet on 09/03/2021! Fingers crossed for everyone submitting their I-751 ! Today received a message from USCIS regarding file/receipt number . Checked email , Got one email from USCIS  telling me that case is accepted and transferred to Nebraska Official I 797 notice to follow in mail .Looks everything going good. Hopefully will get letter of extension also .  My data went too big , so I sent two files naming file- A and file - B .

I just found you were interviewed in Cincinnati office. May I ask what questions you were asked to get approved?

Questions were straight forward , nothing big, but the officer put more emphasis on proving the relationship through papers like joint account, joint name on home bills, whose name house is and how you take this relationship. Mostly like this and marriage pics etc.

My family’s AOS interview (adjusting from K1 and K2) is coming up on Jan 21st. For those that’ve already attended the interview, did you all have to do another medical? Their medicals were done in November 2018 before K1/K2 interview and we included copies of the vaccination record in the AOS packet. Are they close to expiring or already expired? TIA

I think medical depends upon when you filed your AOS. If you filed your AOS application within 1 yr of medical it sounds good. If USCIS requires a fresh medical they notify you.

You're not alone. I only had biometrics this week (Monday). So my ETA is October 25th, but I'm not holding my breath given that it took them 4 months to get the biometrics appt to me. I think I'd be lucky to see my EAD this year if I'm honest. My NOA1 date is May 16th.

Almost same...NOA1 May 13 Biometrics Oct 01.  ... Hopefully will soon more from them soon.

Mine is 59 days old. No biometrics appointment yet. Not even sure if I should bother calling them, a lot of us seem to be in the same situation. But this definitely doesn’t seem normal.

I emailed them, answer came from my field office that your case is within time period, if it crosses 90 days without any further progress, then do call at the numbers given.
