I don't know what your embassy is because you never completed your profile - see the flag in others profile. Each embassy is different. Some take a day and some take a month and others 6 months and sometimes 1 year. I have experience with most but not knowing your embassy is disheartening as I can't help you.

Just about everyone goes through this process.  Based on the discussions I had with the case officer he informed me of the steps to complete the processing of your visa:

the first AP is the immigration unit doing the paperwork for approving the visa

the first ready is a notice that they are finished and the paperwork is being sent for visa issuance

the second AP is the visa issuance people doing their own paperwork

the second ready is that the visa has been issued and is currently being processed for delivery

Then "issue" is posted and the visa has left the BIG house to YOUR house.

Once you get that second ready, it should be sent out within a few days, although we received our visa before any of the various websites that allow you to look up the status said that it had been sent out.

but its still in ap it has not changed since the 21

Hello everyone, we received RFE today, it says wrong passport picture of my petitioner so we just have to give another picture and then we are approved! yeyyyy! 🤗 by reading your comments here when you received RFE, that may also mean we are approved right?🤗

Now, what is our next step?

    Noa1- June 11

your next step is simple just reply as soon as you can. I responded to mine within 5 minutes.

There isn't anyone that knows the answer to your questions. It will be done when it's done. I know you don't want to hear what I am saying but it's what I see day in and day out over many years of answering questions. They publish that they have up to 12 weeks to reply to an RFE. Sometimes it sooner and sometimes it's longer.

The USCIS has issued a Ruling, effective April 17, 2007, that gives adjudicators flexibility in determining the length of time a petitioner or applicant has to respond to a Request for Evidence (RFE) or a Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID). Currently, the standard deadline for response to an RFE is twelve weeks (84 days). NOIDs must be responded to within thirty days. Under this regulation, the USCIS will determine how much time should be permitted in any given case, with maximum possible time being what is now the standard response deadline. That is, adjudicators will set deadlines for both RFEs and NOIDs that could be up to twelve weeks in case of RFEs or up to thirty days for NOIDs. No extensions of time are permitted.

Processing of your Form I-129F. will resume upon receipt of your response.  If you have not heard from USCIS within 60 days of responding, you may contact the USCIS Contact Center (UCC) at 1-800-375-528.

Thank you for your honest answer. Anyone wondering there is my RFE. The answer was no. And no it did not ask me to sign anywhere @Greenbaum

  5. so I responded to my rfe it was a very simple one I sent it right back 5 minutes after I got it Monday. Hopefully, it gets approved by next week because the rfe is such a simple one. Has anyone else gotten a very simple rfe (application question)? and how long did it took to get an approval after they received it? also how long did it took them to receive the form?

Oh my God can you just call them and they Will say If youre aproved.... Ill do that I. Mean Ill tell my fiance to do that hahaha

so the guys basically told me that it does not matter if people with noa1 after me get approved that my case is still within normal processing time and that it should be approved anytime soon. so i guess we just have to keep waiting until the end of the year. 😣
