oh, by the way, my status changed on Thursday morning on ceac to issued nonimmigrant a day after it changed to nonimmigrant. Just waiting to pick up passport now. Thanks, everyone. (SDO)

Just about everyone goes through this process.  Based on the discussions I had with the case officer he informed me of the steps to complete the processing of your visa:

 

the first AP is the immigration unit doing the paperwork for approving the visa

the first ready is a notice that they are finished and the paperwork is being sent for visa issuance

the second AP is the visa issuance people doing their own paperwork

the second ready is that the visa has been issued and is currently being processed for delivery

 

Then "issue" is posted and the visa has left the BIG house to YOUR house.

 

Once you get that second ready, it should be sent out within a few days, although we received our visa before any of the various websites that allow you to look up the status said that it had been sent out.

but its still in ap it has not changed since the 21

I had my interview on the 21 of March. Approved right away the consul said passport in 2 weeks. Im checking CEAC and its saying AP i don't know whats going on im so stress and confused.

so guys! i send out my RFE the same day i got it last monday and today monday at 11:54 pm i got the email saying case update they are now working on my case again.

Thank you for your honest answer. Anyone wondering there is my RFE. The answer was no. And no it did not ask me to sign anywhere @Greenbaum

so I responded to my rfe it was a very simple one I sent it right back 5 minutes after I got it Monday. Hopefully, it gets approved by next week because the rfe is such a simple one. Has anyone else gotten a very simple rfe (application question)? and how long did it took to get an approval after they received it? also how long did it took them to receive the form?

so my rfe was so simple im so happy it was just like #37 that I forgot to say NO i got it and i send it back within 5 minutes lol. Im happy because that means everything else is good to go. cant wait for my approval hopefully before the end of the year.

did your envelope look like this for noa2?

so i have this coming today in the mail I think its noa2. Online in the new and old side it does not shows it was aproved but why would i get this letter also the timing is matching noa1 june18. what do you guys think? does noa2 looks like this? 

so I am June 18 old 21 new and I still haven't being approved. sad...

So i just saw two cases from 6/18 get approved hopefully mine will be next im

june 18 too. Those two cases got approved today! Im excited

so the guys basically told me that it does not matter if people with noa1 after me get approved that my case is still within normal processing time and that it should be approved anytime soon. so i guess we just have to keep waiting until the end of the year. 😣

don't worry they missed my date too but remember its just 11 am in California they still have a few more hours to work on more cases hopefully soon.
