Call USCIS and verify if they have sent the case to NVC. Mine was expedited at USCIS and it still took two weeks for NVC to receive the Case.

Does anyone know how to find out whether nvc had receive your approved case or not? It looks like whoever case was approved end of april, 2019, nvc already received them and processing them
The only way is to call and ask them of they relieves your case. Mine was received April 24th and still no case number.

Thank you very much for the timelines. Do you know if they let you know the case number by letter or by email?
They are send the welcome letters by both, they send it to the emails listed on the I-130s (both petitioner and beneficiary). Email is received much quicker.

On May 1st my wife was Documentarily Qualified. This morning I was doing my weekly check of CEAC and now she is listed as "Incomplete". They are requesting her annulment paperwork (which was already uploaded and accepted). Do I just resend the same document again?
Boy, your expedite seems to take forever. Sorry to that you have to deal with the bipolarness of NVC, hopefully you can get you appointment soon.

So UPDATE:
April 22nd, Case was sent to NVC
April 29th, Case was received.
May 30, Sent an email to Nvcexpedite@state.gov asking for a case expedite AND case number expedite. I also attached the same medical documents that I had sent to USCIS
May 3rd. Received an email response from NVC that my request is under review
May 7th. Received a Welcome Letter email from NVC with case number and Invoice number.. logged in and paid fees. Also received expedite request response stating my case will be expedited After completing DS260 and civil documents.
May 9th Status changed from IN Process to PAID
Submitted both AOS and IV application with required documents.
Also sent NVC another email stating applications are completed as required and for review to be expedited.
Feel free to PM with any questions.
Glad that worked out for you, I tried the same thing and NVC told me to kick rocks. I will resend a request and hopefully they don't tell me to wait 8 weeks again.

Yes, my case was expedited during USCIS sorry I forgot to mention... so I sent NVC and email once they received it on 04/29..with my USCIS receipt number and request an expedite to be sent to consular/embassy or if an application is required first, if I could get a case number.. they responded two days later that my request was under review and then today I had the welcome letter email with my case number.
Could you please PM a sample letter. I am also in Bogota but they refused to send my expedite request to embassy.

October approvals are starting with Texas! I got an email first thing this morning saying action was taken on my case, sign in to see case status. I signed in and it said Case approved!!! I signed in at myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov.
PD October 4. My timeline estimated approval between May 26 and June 7. Case tracker app still says Case received though. Its only updated on myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov.
Awesome news! Next step is for USCIS to send your case to NVC. It usually takes 2 weeks for NVC to receive and another 6 weeks for a case number to be assigned. It seems like the process is relatively simple with long wait periods in between actions taken...

Hi, Texas is approving August & September, there is usually a thread by month so you can communicate with people who applied in December too.
You can also check the timelines here
Theres an October approval in the timeline not sure if it was expedited, I also know about another expedited case for October due to health reasons.
Mine was expedited PD 09OCT2018. At NVC stage now.

The other October approval was not expedited. I believe PD is 04OCT2018.

That's great, TSC is finally picking up again. I am starting to see a lot of September approvals. Hopefully we see some October approvals (TSC) by the end of this month! Almost there.

Hi I am just wondering how long does it typically take for the interview to be schedule. My case was approved last Monday (4/22/19).
100% dependent on your embassy/consulate. Check timelines with recent interviews at your embassy/consulate, that will give you a rough estimate.

Oh no I was planning on sending them an email next week. Thank you for the heads up.
I was pretty disappointed since the embassy could approve the expedite with conditions instead of requiring a DS260 to be submitted first. Oh well, all we can do is wait.

January approval for Texas was mine. It was expedited
Since you also expedited at USCIS stage and beneficiary is Colombian, I tried to Request for Expedite at NVC after they received my case and this was their reply. I guess we have to wait for our case number, then submit IV fee and DS260 before requesting for expedite. So frustrating and time consuming waiting for case number...

That is your SSN for the rest of your life, even if your visa is expired. Put it down, it just makes their job easier and your petition approved faster. Good luck.
