it takes sometime before it's available under documents. Usually you can view it without a problem from your phone. Probably after the weekend will be available

Hi I am just curious to know which is the best way to fill N-400 form.Is it better to fill online or by hand, and how long its going to take for the whole process.
Both are really the same. Online is easier and let you get the NOA's online before the mail so you won't have to worry about losing the mail and lets you save the time of mailing your file.

I and My friend applied at the same time almost for N-400 We got both the biometrics done and I received my interview date but he still not, same local office? I am wondering If he will need to do anything extra! I am trying to help him since he did not have an account here! What could be a reason for his issue? Thank you all!
It can be one of many things. It can be that you got cleared before him in the FBI check. It can be that your case with one officer and his with another with more cases. It can be that he's getting an interview right after the weekend. Nothing to worry about and nothing for him to do really but wait. You both still within the processing time.

I applied online and have been scheduled for Biometric on April 15, 2019.
My field office is Philadelphia, PA
Did you try an early walk-in for your biometrics ? My ASC was York, PA and they accepted me as early walk-in with no problems. That made my estimated time go down from 16 to 13 months. Just thought to mention it for you

Update!
My biometric appointment was scheduled for April 15, 2019 (Side note: my ROC interview is on Apr 25). As I would be out of state visiting my parents until April 16, whom I hadn't seen for almost 5 years, I used the Inbox / Messages feature on the online account and pleaded them to reschedule my appointment either before my departuring flight day or right after I return. I was expecting a general reply with procedures on how to reschedule an appointment.
Nope!
Lo and behold! USCIS responded within 24 hours and had already rescheduled it for April 18, 2019 (exactly a week before my ROC interview on Apr 25).
Now, as much as I'd like to be naive and believe that they did it out of goodness of their heart, I think it's because they want the appointment done before the ROC interview to make it into a combo interview.Would love to hear y'all's thoughts on this!
You can try and do an early walk-in with the appointment letter. A lot of people do that successfully

I appreciate your help so much I was not able to sleep last night thought that I need to re-submit my application or use lawyer. Thank you
Nothing to worry about. Sleep well and prepare for your interview. You have 0 days spent outside the US. Let me know how did it go please. Thanks

Yes, sure I will but is this count as part of the travel history? Since I did not travel after I entered the US. I appreciate your help!
Travel history is for traveling outside the US only in order to calculate the residency. It has nothing to do with traveling outside the state of your residence. Unless you moved out of state that you're applying from, you have nothing to worry about.

Hi MohU3, thank you for replying. I just have one more question, does the infopass have to be from the same office where he got naturalized or it could be any uscis office?
Well, it depends on how nice the IO is. One time I went to different office than mine, he didn't wanna give me the stamp. Another time I went to another office since mine didn't have any available appointments and he gave me only 6 months instead of 12. It's always better to go to your field office since they have the file, but stuff happens all the time, so depending on your luck and how nice the IO is.

Hi All,
I recently submitted my Citizenship application since my green card expires in 7 months (October). I have the intention to travel abroad only for the Thanksgiving weekend (November), but it seems like my citizenship application will take longer, so I won't be a citizen on time, and my green card would be expired by then. Does anyone know if there's something like a one-time re-entry permit that would allow me to travel while waiting on my citizenship and my green card is expired? I was thinking on renewing my green card, but I already started the naturalization process and that wouldn't make much sense. ANy suggestions or experiences? Thanks in advance.
Stamp is your only option, but for the stamp you will have to get an InfoPass Appointment, Which is not that easy these days. You will have to call the 1-800 number and explain your situation and they will get you in. The problem is they might tell you that you need to file I-90 to renew your GC which doesn't make sense, but they might do it to get the fees. I hope that they will understand the situation and they would see that your naturalization is almost done, so I would advise you to take your receipt with you when you get your infoPass appointment.

Hi everyone, I'm filling out my n400 online, but I'm facing a slight problem. The form asks when my husband was naturalized and he lost his naturalization document, so we don't know when the exact date is and the online form does not let u put an estimation, it asks for an exact date. Has anyone faced such a problem and what did you do? How did u solve it?
I put a random date for day and month, i think we got the year right. But i don't want to jeopardize the application for such a minor thing.
Any suugestions or experience in the above issue?!
I had a friend with your same situation. Basically he scheduled an InfoPass for his US spouse that lost her Naturalization cert. and they gave her the number. He tried to get it over the phone they didn't provide it. They had to verify her identity, so the only working way to get it is through an InfoPass apt.

Hi All
i am in a same situation filed my 1751 i oct 2015 got an interview on nov 10 2017 after much waiting took an infopass to enquire abt my case on june this yr came to know green card approved they gave me a letter saying its approved now i called USCIS yersterday they are saying case is in review no idea wats going on can anyone have this similar situation?
I'm in the same exact situation like you. 751 got approved, never received the actual card. just the approval notice. Can you please tell me if you had any update since then ?
-
Hey @AnGeLxX,
I'm actually at the same boat like you were in. I got an interview for my 751 on 01/07/19 and got approved a week after on 01/14. I got the approval notice right after saying the 60 days BS which ended on 03/14. Never received the actual card in the mail. On 03/06 I went for an infopass and a stamp for the passport and they told me that the card was never produced for some reason. So I waited for the end of the 60 days and on 03/15 I filed my I90. I wanted to ask you how did you request the expedited petition ? I filed the I90 online

U know that i am thinking the same 😐🤷🏻♂️🤣🤣 cause i dont get it.! But idk
That's what I would do if I was in your shoes. Again depending on how long is the drive. If it's nothing ridiculous like 3-4 hours I would go and see. Nothing to lose but the drive

I'm in a similar situation as OP, but my 2018 tax returns won't be filed before the interview. Is that likely to be a problem?
No it won't be a problem. Legally you have till April 15th to file, despite that you can file for an extension which gives you till October 15th with no problems with the IRS

Yeah i just hang up with the court have that will conduct the ceremony and they said that they still have the ceremony for that day bu i will have to contact inmigration to see ehats going on .! The think is that i cant request a infopass before the actual original ceremony..!
You know, if I were you and the place is not far from you I would still go for the first date and the notice for that day and act dumb. It's worth a try
-

I did contact them but basically they said “it looks like you got de-scheduled, but scheduled againand that one was de-scheduled as well” and for the las your ceremony date is may 5.!
the think is that the other one that i got de-schedule is the same date as the las schedule one.!
WaS that over the phone or email or message in the account inbox ? What I mean is if you can print it as proof that will be great

Case Transferred And New Office Has Jurisdiction
On March 19, 2019, your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number EAC......................, was transferred to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by April 18, 2019, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
Did you apply for N400 ? sometimes they transfer your 751 to conduct a combo interview with the N400 if you did file it
-
The form called I-751 and the link for the instructions to fill it out is in the previous post

If you're not able to re-open the case. Just file a new 751 with the new address ASAP before they issue NTA against you. That's what I would do
