  10. My extension letter is for 24 months as well! Yay! I checked the link @Alix64, you are correct, almost 1-2 months after NOA1 for the biometric. When I checked Nebraska, I found out quite a few from 2021 fillers don't have the Biometric appointment listed, not sure if it get waived or they did not update them..

  13. Just an update: USPS Informed delivery is showing that I will get my USCIS NOA 1 letter today, yay! Will find out if they will give me 18 months or 24 months extension It takes exactly 1 week from their the text notification until the time I will get the letter on hand.
  14. LOL, maybe @Don0 was referring to the visa you were using to enter USA before got married
  15. LOL just different process obtaining the GC. I was K1, with 90 days visa (fiancé visa) to enter the US and get married in the US, after marriage applied for adjustment of status for 2 year conditional GC. We are in the same process to get 10 year GC through I-751 ROC lol IR1-CR1, you guys obtaining visa based on Immediate relative, spouse visa.. known as spouse GC;) CMIIW IR for foreign nationals that have been married to USC for two years or more, CR1 for less than two years.
  16. I just realized that you both were from CR1 lol.. Yes, I am a K1 graduate lol we'll see, hopefully
  17. It looks like the recent trend they are waiving the Biometric and no interview. Hopefully we are one of the lucky one! Anyway, either way is fine with me.
  18. Thank you! I will keep my eyes open for the NOA letter hopefully this week. I am glad we have the same timeline! YAY!
  19. Joining the LIN club. Just received a text message with LIN case number today. Hopefully the processing times won't be as bad as 17.5 months. Thank you @Mira Ukraine-USA for giving us a hope under 12 months processing times! Congratulations on your GC approval, even better without interview!
  20. Hello everyone! Finally I am back in this forum, after 2 year off on Conditional GC lol.. I submitted my ROC on May 23rd by UPS (not as thick as others, only 200 pages -2.5lbs lol), it get delivered at Elgin Lockbox on May 25th. Today, May 31st I got a pending Credit Card Charges from Elgin Lockbox and this afternoon I received a text message with LIN case number. Hopefully won't be too bad for Nebraska, from USCIS approx. 17.5 months. Patiently waiting for my NOA1 letter.
