Thank you ! We are very excited ! I have a question regarding the I-864, do we have to take a new one for the interview? even though nothing changed in the employment and we already submitted it with the aos package ?

We brought a new form I-864 to the interview, but they didn't ask for it. We also submitted the form with our AOS package.

Just got an email saying that an Interview was scheduled. I think that was why I got that message/email earlier this week. Since that’s when they scheduled...

    Waiting to receive the mail.

    anyone else has that update?

what about you @Ashley Marin? Since you had applied before me.

Awesome! Glad to hear you got scheduled.

I applied around the same time as you so hopefully it means they're scheduling applications from December now. 🤞

Looks like you may be Denver Office?

They're in Denver, TX whose USCIS office is also the same for Dallas. :)

Dallas filer here, filed for AOS in March 2019.  Our interview was cancelled in December 2019 and still hasn't been rescheduled. Is there anyone on here that was cancelled in Feb/March due to covid and has since been re-scheduled.

That's odd. Why was it canceled in December?

Yes I've seen multiple people from Dallas here who had their interview canceled due to covid and has since been rescheduled. I saw one who even had their interview waived. You should probably follow up with USCIS.

Hey ! Texas Filer here (January 2020/ Dallas Office) I'm waiting for my AOS interview to be scheduled. Has anyone got their interview at the Dallas office lately or have an idea who is being interviewed at the moment ?

Best of luck for y'all !

Have been waiting for an interview since February here.

It looks like the Dallas office is interviewing those who filed around September 2019 right now.

I use the AOS Timelines page to check. This one is filtered to show timelines that have had an interview scheduled in Dallas: https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/aoslist.php?vtype=0&op8=Dallas+TX&interview=1&xfr=&op1=6&op2=&op3=&op4=1&op5=&cfl=0

You can compare their filing date to the interview date.

From what I've seen it looks like they're finally starting to reschedule interviews for those who were originally scheduled before quarantine and got their interviews cancelled.

    Waiting for interview

My EAD had the same status a few days ago and now both EAD and AP are showing as approved, so I'm guessing yours will be the same and should get a combo card soon. They're usually approved at the same time. :)

Unfortunately Dallas local office is one of the slowest, our local  office is Dallas I'm a September 2019 filer just over 5 months now. It's  taking in excess of 10 months to get interviewed and also takes awhile for the combo card. It seems to me that the combo card approval is tied to the scheduling of the interview even though they are approved in different locations. That's  the way it looks especially with Dallas filers.

Ah that is sad news. On a positive note though, my EAD status has changed to "New Card is being Produced" today, so hopefully you'll get yours soon too!
