Hey, I'm also Filipina. I'm living and working here in Dubai. I'm going to visit my husband in US (my flight is to JFK on Sept 25th) and will stay there for 3 weeks (vacation). Did you manage to enter US on your tourist visa?

i feel like they are not reopening Africa, Middle East, Asia countries. I’m following Pakistan, where cases are down & the whole country reopened Monday. Yet no sign of embassy 

 

 

That's True..I'm waiting in UAE No news yet.... 

I know someone who was DQ'ed on May (mine is on June) and they are still not giving any interviews for normal processing.

UAE Embassy only works twice a week and doing emergency and expedited interviews.

I don't know when I will see my husband again 😩

Did you receive DQ email?  If not, call NVC to check what is missing as we received the same 'Case FE Review'.

If you check facebook, there’s a lot of whatsapp groups that was ‘country specific’ as this is solely based on the interview location. We are all expats in UAE and it’s easier to communicate in whatsapp regarding our embassy details. Don’t worry everyone are updating their timeline and also they’re experiences and sharing it on VJ and facebook groups.

NVC is experiencing technical issues and they’re working on it. We just got DQ’ed this week. 

Just check your submission date and make sure they’ll review it as per NVC timeline, if it’s pass the date call and check with them.

They told us they can't review our case yet because they're still reviewing Feb 14, we informed them there's a lot of May & June cases that were DQ'ed and they said they are not aware of that. Really frustrating.

Why did you wait for 3 years? MY PD is June 2019. We go approved in USCIS only for 6 months but we are stuck in NVC.

Still waiting.. Feb 25/29 submission I think they're not checking anymore. When we called NVC, they said they are doing doing training so the May/June DQ'ed are pulled by them. I'm thinking maybe i should resubmit so it can be on top or probably risky (we will be at the ned of the line).

I’m so happy for everyone who submitted their documents and got DQ’ed in hours/weeks or just a month. I’m really confused why we’re stuck and if am I the only case here that submitted on February (2nd submission and waiting for 6 months for them to review 1 document!) and still not reviewed yet? We called NVC multiple times.. ask our state senator for help (followed up on email but they sent a standard reply), we also sent email in AskNVC and informed them with our situation but still none and they keep on giving standard reply that they’re working on Feb 14 which is unfair as we’re seeing a lot of May cases who got DQ. I’m really frustrated and losing hope with our case. They only reviewed 2 days in May (Feb 13 & 14). Does it mean they can only review our case on December? Sorry I just want to take it off my chest.

I submitted on Feb 20, 2020. Still no DQ yet. I don’t understand how they are processing for submission dates after. 

We also submitted on Feb 28 and nothing. We received an email from them last week that they opened our case but they can’t review it because we didn’t submit everything whereas they accepted all documents on December and they’re only asking for W2 which we submitted on Feb so we got confused.

We called them and they said ignore the email and message as it is a system error. 

And everytime we asked about our case, they always say they’re still reviewing Feb 14 and no access to cases submitted on later dates.

I agree, they’re so confusing. I saw a lot of DQ’s for March and May. We submitted on Feb 28th and still nothing 🤷🏽‍♀️

When my husband called NVC, they said that they’re still reviewing cases submitted on Feb 14th. Like c’mon seriously 🤦🏽‍♀️

We have all our documents uploaded to the site, except the CENMAR and the NBI, which we can't do until after 31st. Nothing has been submitted, so there wasn't any reason for them to send a notice that we needed to submit all documents before they could review. So, that's why I'm thinking "system error" is accurate. We got ours May 13th.

Yeah i hope that's the case for us as we don't want to be back at the end of the line. We resubmitted on Feb (second submission) and until now they didn't review it yet. It's been 5 months since the first submissio. 

If in case we get an RFE, it'll be another 2-3 months of waiting plus another 3 months for the interview.

Anyway, my husband and I will call NVC tomorrow morning and will ask them to check our case. Fingers crossed.

Did anyone include the proof of citizenship? It says somewhere on the form that you should but in the instructions, it said don't if you included with your original I-130 filing. 

 

We didn't submit the proof of citizenship of the petitioner as they only asked for the form and Tax tanscript and was accepted.

We got RFE, they're requesting for the W2 of our joint sponsor as we only submitted his Tax return.

But I'm not DQ yet, so it's better to check with others just to be sure as the waiting game for NVC is frustrating

So you didn’t submit anything yet and you received the email/message from them?

For us is a different scenario because we submitted everything and all are accepted. Only one document is missing and we also submitted that so we’re really puzzled why we received that message instead of DQ.

Yes submitted and accepted on Dec 24. We received RFE on Feb 28 and they're only requesting for joint sponsor's W2. We submitted that on the same day.

I saw a lot of people who got DQ'ed on Feb submission and then we got this email saying they reviewed and freaked out when the subject is RFE but is not clear what document/s required. 

We called NVC and they told us everything seems fine and it's a system error but I feel like the lady on the phone was not sure at all! We will call again on Monday to talk to another agent and maybe he/she can help us, so frustrating!

My husband and I received an email yesterday that our case was updated and to log in to CEAC. In the Inbox, the subject is 'CASE FE REVIEW', The message says

 NVC cannot review your submitted documents until we have received all of the required documents DS-260, Civil Documents and Financial Documents. Once these documents have been submitted, we will review your case. Please follow your CEAC Home page and nvc.state.gov/ceac.

We re-submitted the co-sponsor's W2 on Feb 28th (as we got RFE on Feb) and submitted my husband's Pay stubs and employment letter as additional documents on Feb 25th. It's still showing 'submitted".

Does anyone know what it means or got the same message?
