    Hubby’s I-751 still pending. 
    He filed N400 online on Feb 15, got receipt notice right away. 
    Biometrics appointment was scheduled Feb 18th for March 10th. 
    He did an early walk in for biometrics Feb 22nd. Status updated on Feb 22nd to “case is actively being reviewed by USCIS”. 
    now we wait for interview to be scheduled.

    also I’m trying to call uscis to check my oath ceremony date. All I get is a robot. How do I get a human ? 😂😩

    Thanks, all the best in your journey as well. 

     

    when I called and the robot asked “how can I help you”, I just said missed biometrics, so the call automatically got routed to speak with a representative. That’s how I got to speak with someone.

    Transferred to NBC: 2/17/2022
    Biometrics appointment: 11/22/2022 (Missed the appointment)… waiting to be rescheduled.

    Update: I have received an email today, Dec 13th, stating that the new biometrics appointment letter was mailed on Dec 10th. Still waiting for the letter to arrive in the mail. 
    I called USCIS and they told me the appointment is scheduled for Dec 30th. 

    Just posting this update to help anyone who finds themselves in this situation.

    Question for applicants in Houston, TX. 

     

    Has anyone who was initially scheduled for an I-751 biometric appointment at the Houston ASC office  (on Highway 6 South, Sugarland TX ) had to reschedule their appointment? 

     

    Missed the first biometric appointment and tried to walk in but they didn’t allow, so called USCIS on 11/25/2022 to reschedule. 

    Received an email from USCIS on 12/5/2022 that request has been placed in rescheduling queue. 

     

    I’m curious how long the wait is to get a new appointment date? 

     

    What was the timeline from when they placed you back in the rescheduling queue to when you received the appointment letter in the mail to the new appointment date?

Going to Holy Trinity, every nurse or doctor I met was professional and nice to me. They offer snacks to everyone that comes for medicals. It was a breeze. No unnecessary delays or the sort. I am happy with my experience with Holy Trinity. Just sharing incase anyone in Ghana is wondering how the experience was... 😃

    Did they ask you pick up your medical results or did they tell you it will be forwarded to the embassy?

    This process is about a good 15 months for ir1/cr1 give or take.

    Looks like Ghana stopped at 10/22 DQ. I have 3 with that date and only one got a IL. Ghana has always been 2 to 3 months after DQ to get IL. It use to be 5 months.

     

    Those where F2A visa category with PD from 2016/2017 if my memory serves me right.

    For CR1/IR1 it appears they stopped scheduling  at the last week of Sept. I’ve seen posts from people with Sept 23, Sept 25, Sept 30 DQs still waiting. They haven’t finished with September for CR1/IR1 interview scheduling. 
     

    There’s a lot of us with DQ first week of Oct also still waiting, so I know for sure they haven’t started with Oct yet for CR1/IR1
