I saw another post that CA folks filed between mid 2020 got transferred to National Benefit Center for speeding up the process. I guess California center must be so behind. Since their backlog have been reduced, let's hope for the best for the rest of us.😅🥺

wonderful news. 
My check just got cashed! It’s hard to say if it was cashed late on Friday or this early Saturday, but as of 2am PST, my bank balance finally reduced. Never been so happy to lose $680!!!
I’ll update our handy spreadsheet soon but for anxious folks like myself-

filed November 5th
received November 7th
check cash December 12th
 
That’s 5 weeks to be exact for those asking how long it is taking. 
keep in mind timeline has been getting longer and longer the farther out u file.

Honestly this is so annoying. They are training us to be an immigration lawyer now lol.  Fingers crossed whoever gets my file is nice 😅

Since you are filing the petition jointly, I think the cover letter is better use the word "we" rather than "I" alone. And the letter signed by both party. I did it this way tho.  

Finally some good news for late October and November filers. My credit card was charged $680 today (12/04/2020) at 9:17 PM CST.

I will call USCIS next week to get the receipt number. Hopefully they should be able to provide it. And I hope I will receive the NOA in mail before Christmas.

Any good news from our Nov group? I'm starting to lose my mind even went to check with USPS to make sure that the delivery add was correct.🤯

Any FO is San Francisco filers? Would you guys keep us posted if you got any update for your AOS. I have no idea about the time line for SF field office now, saw some early 2017 filérs said they still waiting for interview that literally freaking me out........  I know AOS is a long wait but at lease some actual approximate time line will give us some hint, I got frustrated by reading the AOS time line listed on USCIS website says up to 23 months?!?!
My NOA1 is 17 July 2018,  AOS still “case is ready to be schedule for interview” since mid Aug, AP & EAD remain “case was received”

BTW, the photograph on the card looks awfully than it can possibly be lol...
