What I did I went to E request and called uscis and speak with a Tier 2, You can go to uscis website and find TOOLS try the site https://www.uscis.gov/tools

Hello Everyone,Im joining the AOS May 2019 Filer, anyone has an update of their case? We filed May 11 and recieved notification 20th of May,until now 95 days had passed We have not recieved any notice or update online about the biometrics or finger printing schedule. Anyone has similar cases? Our state id California. Hoping you may give tips on my case,thanku

What state are you? Im not sure if it matter what state? Im in CA and Im hoping someone out here has the same state and filing date month for my AOS just to compare.

What to do for mine? I dont have biometrics appointment yet 😭. And online status still the same recieved fee. No letter also in mail,i dont know whats going on

Hello Everyone anyone here filed AOS, my state is in Calofornia, and we filed May 10, we have our NOA1 May 20,however since then no update on my case status,no info for my biometrics about apppointment letter. So Im not sure what happened I called Uscis july however they say no update yet.

Yes I did It shows at NVC and since yesterday I have a hard time on the website. Our case# assigned jus a week ago Dec.20th does anyone how long they are going to ship?

Wow Congrats that was fast Ours NoA2 Nov. 20 we have case number already but Im not sure where to will I know when it was received assigned or left. But as I checked in status tracker its still says NVC 😥 My embasst in UaE

The profile is one way that we are able to help you but your profile currently indicates by way of the Philippines flag that you will be processing through USEM in the Philippines. In your post you reference your embassy is Abu Dhabi UAE. If that is the case you need to go back in and change your embassy so we can give you the most current information for your embassy.

Wow thats good news. When was your NOA2? And where is your embassy? We are still at NVC status,not sure though how long we are going to wait for in transit status

I also have another question how can we also know or follow up NVC if we are the beneficiary? Will it always be automatically send notification or instruction to the petitioner? Thanks in advnce for answering my question.

Hello Thank you for this topic, Im getting anxious of not having received our NVC our NOA2 got approved Nov.20 and till thia day no NVC yet. Do we need to wait a little more time? My fiance which te petitioner doesnt bother yet because his always telling me its a process and just wait 🤔😥 Please enlighten. My Embassy is Abu dhabi UAE

Until no this will be the 6week of waiting for our mail letter for NOA2 but my fiance still didnt recieve it though it already shows online that we are approved Nov.20, He also didnt receieved yet NVC in his email is this because of the federal shutdown thats happening in he US?will we exp3ct delay on our next step?Please advised if anyone have idea on this. NVC will not accept a request before they have a case to match it up to.  They have thousands of cases and cannot look for information that may have been submitted ahead of time for each of them -- too much potential for error.  Plus, there is no guarantee that any particular petition will be approved.

 

Your case will likely still be at USCIS for a couple of months.  I would contact them and request a change of address for the beneficiary to your home country address, which should get the case sent to the place you want it.

Hello Everyone,I need help and enlightenment. We have recievd our NOA1 June 12, and we are still waiting for our case to be approved or NOA2. Our Questions

1. Can qe request to transffer Embassy for KI Visa Interview,even our petition is yet to be approved?

2. IF Yes,how can we do that?

3. If No, When can we request it.

4. What would be the risk of that transfer?

We orginally have chose UAE for embassy interview since I am working here, however the timeline was longer than expected andmy contract will soon expire. So I am caught in the middle.Pls. advised , Thank You.
