    I would imagine many of us will be dead before her visa number is current.
     
    Husband and minor children then will be eligible.

    The delay in sending the case to NVC will have made no difference as there's still a long wait ahead either way. But as you can see from the Visa Bulletin, married children of citizens cases are currently ahead of sibling cases by just over 18 months, so it may knock a bit of time off if your mother petitions for her too. You can both apply and then just wait to see whose petition gets to the front of the line first.

    Yep.  Better to have a backup I-130, imo. You just never know what the future holds.

    I recieve the N-400 interview notice today thru case tracking, with I-751 pending. don't know hte date yet, just so excited so i have to share

    I would bring both biometric appt. letters and ask if they can do it one (or twice) and send them to appropriate office.

    i got the biometric letter 4 or so days after submitting. it's schedule around 3 weeks after submitted applications

    I do not see one for this May yet and it's already 2nd week of it.
    I filed my on May 2th and got bio-metric appointment on May 23.

    I checked processing time on this website for my local office. It's not 100% accurate . so then I looked up timeline of people from my local office. You can type your local office city on search there are forum for that office specifically on here so you can keep up with others journey .

    i tracked the package thru USPS, so i guess usps status show it's delivered.
    By the way, the check was cashed this morning. earlier than expected, based on post on here, i would think not until friday or monday
