Hello Everyone,  First i would like to thank  you all from this Forum. We started this journey with some of you back in March 2018. Many of you have helped me with questions and I'd like to think i helped some as well My wife had her Consular Interview today in POS Trinidad and was approved. She said the interview  lasted 5 mins (at most). Thank God this journey is about to be over.
 
For those of you still in the wait- keep faith, follow the process and it will happen. Take your time when submitting documents. You may read some of my past posts on mistakes i made in the NVC phase. ( i literally submitted a document rotated 90 degrees incorrectly smh) Non the less- all learning experiences. I am no Immigration lawyer but thank God was able to go through this entire process without having to hire one. This happened with the help from this Forum and God's Grace.

RFE from NVC on Feb 13 2019 Documentarily Qualified on Feb 27 2019 Got Interview Notice from NVC : March 13 2019 Interview on April 17- Approved.  

It was actually resubmitted April2nd 

Yes..no removal conditions will have to be done 

Im in the same boat. I just submitted a new copy of birth certificate today per NVCs request so the waiting game continues until CC. 🤦🏾‍♀️
 
P.S. Online it says they accept tax returns! Smh but it has to be accompanied by the corresponding W2s for that return.

Yeah NVC over the phone have been little help to me I will resumbit a brand new copy to be sure no issues and hopefully the rereview fairly quickly. Fingers crossed. Thanks Guys ❤🙏🏾

I'm sure you have, but you should call Nvc before submitting because before I submitted all Docs, I got a really nice operator who gave me a ton of upload pointers. She said that a lot of people upload multiple copies or versions of the same document and basically nvc will accept the correct copy and just put N/A for the extras and give CC. I am no expert haha, but sometimes you luck out with who you talk to there.

hey hun. Port of entry was very easy. Now I am with my husband in USA. I flew from TORONTO pearson airport, on the day it was very busy and crowded. So many people waiting in secondary and i was worried that i might miss my flight. In secondary it took almost 2 hours so give yourself lots of time because they take you into secondary for processing. Their finger print machines were not working so they did not take my fingerprints and photos. But they did completete my  process. the only question they asked me at POE was have you ever been arrested and asked me to confirm the adress for mailing green card. I have been with hubby since last sunday. Thanks VJ and all the friendly people who have helped going through this entire process. IT took almost 13 months. Those who are still waiting just hang in there, you guys will get through it quickly. yeye.

I agree; he should call. The CEAC system sometimes acts funny.

My CR1 visa was ISSUED today.

Our I-130 was received on March 22nd 2018, 
so today March 11th 2019 we see the fruits of our hard labour!
 
I really want to thank EVERYONE who has helped me here on Visa journey.
Honestly guys I would have been so lost and discouraged in this process if not for you.

Submitted AOS documents and Civil Documents today, 3/8. Now is another waiting game until they review them. Progress!!!

My husband and I got our case # from the NVC today via email!
PD march 26th 2018
Sent to Nvc dec 10th 
Nvc received dec 13th
Wooohooo onto paying fees and doing our applications 

I really have no choice because ill also owe and havent filed yet for 2018. So I will submit like you have and PRAY for the best 🤞🏾 my w2 proves my income is sufficient for sponsoring

I submitted tax transcripts for 2015, 2016, 2017. I submitted W-2’s for 2017 & 2018. All my AOS documents were accepted.

I am wondering this too. I dont have taxes filed yet for 2018
