Hello guys please I got this response from my inquiry from my congressman.

this was NBC response

We are unable to determine at this time when the review process for the application will be completed.  USCIS will issue a decision on your constituent's case as soon as possible. 

is this a generic response for we have no update or has anyone get this response before?

I could talk about the discrepancies,I get the same RFE before getting approved.

There was a discrepancies with the address in the statement.

so @Stillwinning!!!😊is right you have to explain in details the reason for the discrepancies and if possible include all other proof.

my card for eadc31 was delivered on February 28 but am still yet to receive the approval letter or approval update on the uscis website 

Do you think I should still wait or contact congressman to request for it.

I believe if you get married within three years of having your GC, you have to wait 5years in total before you can apply for citizenship.

if you did not married for the three years period,you are eligible to apply.

Little drama within as my lawyer filed i765 under category c31 and was waiting to get a EAD not knowing I was in the dream land.

With the help of beautiful people here,I wake up from my sleep and force my attorney to file for EAD and AP with the right category.

Got my EAD in March 

Got another prima facie in August 2019

RFE for good moral character and shared residence in November 2019

RFE Received and updated in January 2020

Order your new card today feb 2020.

Hello everyone, I need your help on this situation, my renewal for i765/i131 was sent back after 5 weeks and they are requesting to pay for those application.

my questions is this how much will it cost to renew both, is it 410$ only for the 765 and the 131 is free or both has a fee for renewal.

Also if I include only 410$ for i765 and also include the i131 in the package without the fee for it, will both application be sent back just because I include only 410$.

long story short what can I do,I don’t have money for i131 and I don’t want it to be send back this time again as my EAD expires March.

Lastly am sending back my response for rfe for shared residence and good moral character, am scared but also praying for favor. I360 file in May 2018 and receive rfe on November 2019.

my lawyer sent my renewal to Missouri and now iam paying the price for his mistake .. they separated my application and i get the card not valid for reentry , they are refusing to issue me a travel document , i booked my ticket when i application gets approved and iam now stuck

Am about to renew my EAD/AP but my lawyer is asking us to send it USCIS in Chicago(ATTN:FBAS).

I believe this should be send to USCIS in Vermont.

Hello VJ family,Trust you guys are holding up,I believe we will all have a reason to smile at the end of this journey,it’s been a while since I ask questions after having my EAD/AP,God has been so good to me,I got a nice job in the IT world 1.5 month after I got my EAD, since then have been silently following and reading.

Anyways have been anxiously waiting and waiting for a email/phone alert on my case.

Its been 16month (May filing)of silence on my case.

Praying for a miracle(approval)and for everyone here.

Thanks for the info,I notice from the thread that Vermont reject renewals for EAD and advance parole if payment is not included.

Does that mean if your  EAD or advance parole was waived from the beginning(when you initially filed)you have to pay when you want to renew?

I never got PF but I know through reading USVJ that some get an automatic renewal others don’t but I will suggest you to request the renewal 3 months before it expires. 

Once you Vawa is approved they will

send you an EAD valid for 1 year (Vawa takes 14-18 months sometimes 24 months to get approved) 

overall is a waiting time from the time you applied to get GC of 24-33 months, do your math from the time you got your packet in.

1) my prima facie for a year duration expires, my believe is that it’s automatically renewed or do I have to request for a new one?

2)my case is now a year older,I don’t want to waste anytime and want to hasten Vermont on my case, when can I involve my congressman or senator (is it anything from 14month upward pls correct me )?
