  1. Sandra and all vj members your contribution will highly be appreciated. my application for for i765 c9 and i131 was finally accepted and the fee was waived. i included a letter requesting them to expedite the process for my work authorization which I notarized i received a letter for biometric a week after I received the receipt for the waiver i765 and i131, my question is that does that means my i765 will be expedited or not since I received a biometric just 6 days after receiving the receipt for both i765 and i131 thanks

  4. Thanks for your prompt reply. i will get the police clearance ASAP, When sending this document, should I just attached only the receipt for my i360,i485 and i765 ?
  5. Thanks I will start that ASAP. Also do you suggest I send the police clearance before they send RFE requesting for it or I should wait for the RFE
  6. This is really getting me scared. Have been in the US for 2 years and I only submitted police clearance from the US and not from my home country . my question is that should I get one ASAP and should I sent it to Vermont if RFE is issued or not . Thanks for your help @all @iwillsurvive@sandraj
  7. Thanks so much Sandra for the reply. i did not submit any proof,my lawyer just fill the I-912 stating that am not financially stable without any proof. i guess the reason for them rejecting the second time. Now that I know do you think I can send the 410 fee for the i765 as I can afford it for now. Hope it’s will not give the notion that am financially capable by sending the 410fee for the i765. thanks
  8. Morning guys trust you doing fine . i still need your help, this is the second time Vermont returned my i765 category c9 form even with fee waiver form attached . my first i765 was returned because it has noi914(the fee waiver ). my question now is that should I include the money order for the form i765 form which is 410$ and resend it as I previous attached i914(fee waiver for not financial stable). hope sending the fee when I previously claim am not financially buoyant won’t affect my pending application in the quest of getting a EAD . please@ everyone@iwillsurvive@sandraj, your advise will surely be appreciated thanks in anticipation
  9. Thanks thanks so much Sandra for the clarification
  10. Thanks @sandra and @iwillsurvivefor the info. am a bit confused here,do this policy applies to all applicants or those who file after September 11 . i file in May,does the policy affect me as well or applicants that file before September 11. If yes does that means it’s compulsory and mandatory to send other evidence before the final decision on each case. Thanks
  11. Thanks so much for the advice
  12. Morning guys and happy Sunday. please before joining this forum I sent my VAWA application with the declaration statement of just 4pages and eventually I ready on this forum that at least a minimum of 6pages is required(my lawyer never says anything about it and now am scared). my question is that should I wait for RFE before sending another declaration of more than 6pages or I should not wait for the RFE before sending them to Vermont . Your prompt response will be highly appreciated. thanks
