    Hi everyone,

It doesn't matter when I signed the form right? Because I signed the I-751 last month so the date is the day I signed as well.

Also my 90-day starts on 11th, it will be fine if my package arrives on 13th or after right?

    Thanks!

To be safe don't sign the form before the 11th. You don't want the person at the lockbox to think you sent it before the 90 days.

I also understand it's the US embassy who contact the NVC about the interview date while the NVC also notify us via email....  This process is frustrating

Yes it is frustrating, you  will need a lot of patience with this process.  US embassy in Ghana sends NVC available interview dates and NVC schedules the interview dates according to people in the queue waiting for interview dates.

Hi everyone,  i actually want some Sugession about Green Card delivery.  Its been 2 weeks to my POE. Green Card Fee is paid by my Brother and i dont have anything to track it.  How much time usually it takes for GC to be delivered?  And any way i can inquire about it.?

    Thanks in advance

You can check the status of your green card at uscis.gov, you check with the immigration fee payment receipt starting with IOE. My hubby's took 30days from POE, @Abies took 21 days and @Ajt3 took 35 days.

Sugarlegetiti, have you experienced 221g before?  If yes,  can you share your experience with us?

Yes, my husband (fiance at the time) was denied K1 visa in 2016 and his case was sent back to USCIS.  He was denied  for not having enough evidence, the CO told him why don't I come to Ghana and marry him. So I went to Ghana in April 2017 and got married,  I filed CR1 and Visa approved in August. My husband is here now.

    Hi VJs,

After our interview, the CO gave us a letter directing us to submit our passports together with a letter from our joint sponsor. The letter didn't state it was 221g (AP) or any other Act but we've been stuck on Ready for 3 months. Our ceac status changed from AP to Ready 7 days after we submitted documents and has remained same for 3 months.

    Are we in AP?

Yes the letter is 221g for requesting documents. Yes you are in AP and it could take to a year or more or less, no one can specifically tell you how long you will be in AP for. Best of luck to you both. Email the embassy to see if they will update you on your case.
