it has been posted on here several times from those who were able to get as answer from the embassy
This is October and you have not even gotten the message from them to do the medical exam or get the 2 police reports, so u will not be on the October schedule for interview as the consulate gives 2 to 3 weeks to get these things done before the interview date
have u done the criminal reports?
that can be done
obtain a Fiche Anthropometrique and a Casier Judiciaire from the Central Police station
I have all my paper work ready for the next step! Those documents were that easy to get.

Sorry to give you bad news. The consulat received my K1 file on August 2 and I still haven’t heard a word from them. My fiancée and I have emailed them at least twice a week since then, even my lawyer emailed them and still no response. They are so behind and slow that it’s just unacceptable. It has been 2 months now waiting on them to reply and schedule an Interview.
that is very concerning! I heard they are still working on lottery visa applicants this week but two months is a little bit over the top.

Last noted October is full
so, concentrate on that interview and possible questions
where did they show that note?

The Casablanca consulat received our case from NVC on Sep 20th, since then I haven't heard from the consulat even though I have emailed them asking if they can schedule my interview but I don't want to email them twice. Has anyone gone through the same issue or going through it now? If so what actions should I take? Thank you!

No, it is not speculation. The last big batch was sent on August 21, the next one is 2 weeks from that date. Some cases (like mine) may be left behind and mailed in a later date ( mine should have been mailed out on the 21st batch) but we can't guarantee when the packets will be actually mailed out.
My fiance just did his DS-160 and it did not require a photo!
Can someone please explain this two in layman terms? My fiancee just got the official letter and we were approved August 16th.

Can anyone please direct me to a forum of people who got accepted?

I found out that we were approved nearly 24 hours ago, through the account that I made in USCIS new website. Hence, my fiancee still hasn't received either an email nor a text message.
Don't relay on the latter to find out, if you haven't made an account yet, I highly recommend that you do Because in my experience they update it first than any other way.

Yes you will complete I-134. More links with what is required below.
When you are at the VJ sub forum for all things dealing with the US Embassy in Mexico most there will help answer your questions for the processing of your visa using their personal experience.

Get the Juarez K1 Embassy instructions at http://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/K1/CDJ%20-%20Ciudad%20Juarez.pdf as this is your bible needed to complete and receive your visa. The required documents are included and use the this website as a check list. Once you have completed or gathered the required documents you'll be ready for your interview.
Last but not least, READ the pages on the US Embassy website for you country so that you are up to speed.

You have been very helpful around here as I notice, thank you!
Any info if you may about Morocco, please?

how u here of ur approval? Email, text or check uscis? And ur approval date?
I have an account so I logged in to check, but my fiancee hasn't receive either email or text, otherwise she would have known before me. But I randomly checked for the first time to day and it was the best news.
Maybe the personal email and text and slower than the website.

WE GOT APPROVED TODAY!!!!
Old website: Feb 9th.
New Website: Feb 14th.
I am incredibly happy, I have been calling my fiancee on Facetime but she's not answering due to work, I hope everyone hears back from USCIS. It has been a tough few months but we are one step ahead. Thank you everyone!

For the affidavit of support that I'll have to take with me to the interview, does my partner need to send me the original or scanning it and sending it to me would be okay?

My fiancée (the petitioner) recently moved out to a new place, and she needs to update her address on the USCIS website. However, she is having some concerns that it will slow down our processing time. Is that possible?
-
Dear all, On the old website it says that they received our case on February the 9th, and in the new website it states that they received it on the 14th which is a little bit confusing. Does anyone have a similar issue like this one?

There are two websites that you can log into to check your case status with the USCIS. The old website is being phased out and replaced by the new one.

Thank you very much! Now it all makes sense!

Hello everyone! I have been reading some comments either here or other forums about a '''new and the old website''! What is it all about?
