Visa was delivered on Wednesday, June 12th. 2Go will call before delivery usually. Her interview was on the 17th of May, so took almost 4 weeks in all. But she is out in the province, Misamis Occidental in Mindinao. K-2 visa was finally ISSUED on Wednesday, June 5th. Saturday got message from 2 Go that it was scheduled for delivery that day, but they delivered that Wednesday.

My fiancé and her daughter's visa's were delivered at the same time via 2Go. It is correct that the processing times will be different, as my fiancé's was issued about a week before her daughters was. If the K-2 seems to be hung up for more than a week, I recommend having your fiancé give the embassy a call and inquire.

Well 2Go just messaged her and said her package will be delivered today.

Backus is really close, just a drive down 64 and there in about 20 - 30 minutes. Nisswa area is nice, close to Brainerd/Baxter. I like the small towns though. The bigger the town, more traffic and a hassle, roads up north aren't meant for the heavy traffic they sometimes get, and we don't get the funding like the larger cities.

Being told approved at the interview isn't really approved, actually approval doesn't happen until you see ISSUED on CEAC .. that is APPROVED!
The child is 12 or under,? Then only needs to register with CFO for the sticker. And of course they want their P400.
Where in Minni-snow-da ?
I'm a small town boy, grew up in a little town just south of the Twin Cities. My sister lives up near Cross Lake .. so we do get snow reports.
Akeley, Minnesota to be precise. I know where Cross Lake is. I'm in the northern area, by Leech Lake, Walker area. Small town, but a lot of Filipino's around here so she will have familiar people to talk to and network with. Yeah, the K-2 is 5 years old. And yeah, always get their fee's. It's getting so close to the finish line, I'm trying to be patient. Thankfully have a new construction project going on that is keeping me busy crimping networking lines. Time is flying.

CEAC status was ISSUED May 17? I can understand them holding it for the K-2, but someone dropped the ball there. Good thing y'all called
Visa was approved on the 17th. It was in AP for about a week, then went issued. I think the K-2 was hung up until she called, cause that moved to issued very quickly. Hopefully get to fly them both here in 2 weeks, but not purchasing the ticket until visa in hand. Plus they still have to get their CFO sticker since she has the certificate already.

My fiancé's visa is being packaged from the consular division, it's been in the issued for almost 2 weeks now. Visa was approved on May 17th. Had a K-2 in there as well, and that one was stuck on Application Received, until I asked my fiancé to call the embassy earlier this week, within 24 hours it went to Administrative Processing to Issued. Now they are in packaging to be sent.

I just used Chrome, it's been failing using IE. Seems to work with it. Got the expected AP.

That is completely normal. AP can last a few days, weeks, and in extreme cases longer. Just be patient.

You can write to USCIS and state that you are withdrawing the petition. Sorry this has happened.

Went to medical on April 15th around 10 AM, she was out on the first day at 4:30 PM. Second day we showed up at 2 PM and she was done around 6:30 PM. She cleared medical, but has to wait till the 15th of May for measles vaccine since they were out. I told her to call around the 9th to see if they have it in. Tried to get her daughter in the same day, but they didn't have IGRA for her daughter, so her daughter has an appointment on the 29th of this month. Interview is scheduled for May 17th.

What is AP? Never heard that one before.
Administrative Processing. Everyone goes through it. Sometimes it's quick, sometimes it's not.

Scanned and e-mailed works. That's what I did.

Congratulations!

I went to Dipolog last year. Long tricycle ride from Lopez Jaena. Seemed fine to me. Walked about town a little bit, then took the ferry to Dumaguete.

with a Feb 15 case number assignment date! Great to hear. Hey, did you really have to wait from 2/4 NVC receipt to 2/15 for a case number ?? That's a long time.
USCIS sent me an e-mail in January 11th that it was approved and that they sent it to NVC. I waited 2 weeks, gave NVC a call. Told the typical response, of "It can take up to 6 weeks". So waited another week, called and they gave me the MNL number. Just got the e-mail today when I was talking about planning my trip to the Philippines to be with her for the interview with a co-worker, but waiting on the e-mail stating that it had been sent to Manila. So apparently someone's ears were ringing at NVC....
I still can't check my status at CEAC though, which is weird....
-
So I received my MNL # about a week ago. I check the CEAC website and states that it cannot be found. I did receive the e-mail today that NVC has sent my application to Manila. I forwarded that e-mail to my fiancé. I just hope that I can check the CEAC site for when it gets to the embassy.

I thought for the I-134 you don't need a wet signature? So could just scan and e-mail.
I could be wrong, but I believe I have read that here. Manila doesn't require a wet signature.

I haven't purchased the ticket yet, I'm still waiting on my MNL number. I had looked at flights from March 6 to the 26th, but that can all change. It was looking like MSP, to CHI, to Seoul, to Manila
Applied for AOS a month later after 90 days
in Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas

Should not be any issues, overstay is forgiven once AoS is applied for. I applied 15 days after the I94 expired. Once I filed I got notification, her and daughters biometrics appointment is done.
