I would send 2 or 3 pay-stubs to be on the safe side. Don't forget the letter from the bank regarding your accounts, the balance, and when they were opened. You'll also need a letter from your employer confirming that you work there, and your salary.

If you are self employed you would need to send Tax returns as well.

Are you self employed? If so that calls for the Tax returns. Otherwise, I'd submit the items in A & B posted above. I mean it doesn't hurt to submit the Tax return. But it seems like that's required if you are "self employed"
