guys.. I received this msg Friday and freaked out thinking uscis returned my packet. My anxious ### pressed the link and filled out the form for redelivery. Waited for it whole day yesterday but no delivery. Checked the tracking number and it’s invalid.

    Turns out it’s a scam.

Just sharing my foolishness for everyone’s awareness..

We'll be back next month! I've been gathering our evidence so I'll be ready to send it out on the right date.

Hi there. I’m sending my packet today.. had a tough time gathering evidences.. I didn’t know  we need all those things until I read the i751 instructions.. I thought ROC is just a renewal of GC. Mortgage, bills not on my name so I’m worried.. God bless us!!

We have been seeing more ROCs being approved without an interview.  I am not sure anyone knows exactly what USCIS is using as the criteria although there is a guidance linked below.  Some think it may have something to do with if you had an AOS interview with no red flags, or maybe it depends on the amount of evidence submitted with the I751.  In our case, we had both an AOS and an ROC interview, but in my opinion our ROC interview was perfunctory as it lasted less than 5 minutes and was done just prior to my wife's N400 interview.  Anyway, yes, there are those that do not have interviews for ROC.

Hi. May I ask what evidences did you submit? Thanks in advance.
