Good morning everybody! It's my first time sharing my experience here..but I've been following this group and the guys from December for the last couple of months. I wanted to share that OUR CASE HAS BEEN APPROVED!!!
I got an email this morning saying that action has been taking on our case, so I checked the new website and it said we're approved.
NOA1 old website Jan 8th
NOA 1 NEW WEBSITE Jan 10th
NOA 2 July 23th

I got a text at 5:30 am that they took action and checked new website and we got approved!! 207 days
 
receive date: 12/29
noa1: 1/4
noa2: 7/23

You know I have tried to do this several times and it is always gives me an error that it is never able to aunthenticate my identity. 😭😭😭

Hey maybe its just something wrong with their website and everyone from december and january will get approval letters in the mail soon. Pleeeaaasee please pleeeeaaasee. P.S. good luck from april fillers)

@LuFlolady right there with you!!! Scans at least let us “see” proof right? I just keep trying to say over and over and over in my head, it’s going to happen😅😅😅😅

@Snuffles your exactly right, it is soooo easy to freak out especially as the days draw closer and closer, but I KNOW that the end is in sight, at least it’s not April, it is July and SOONER rather than later God willing we all are going to looking at all the posts for us Janubees approvals🤪🤪 
 
I told my fiancé the other day, gosh I wonder if we will be able to talk to one another face to face and not over the phone hehehehe. I have been fortunate and able to see him for 20 beautiful days end of April of this year and I’m hoping before he comes here to go back and have a huge blow out celebration with his friends and family that’s what I’m trying to focus myself on these days is the future and not the present situation!

Now that you say that, I wonder if that’s the case. From memory with previous months, expedited cases get approved just those few before. We’ve barely started January and don’t know of any approval after 20th January.
 
hang in there everyone. I know it’s easy to freak out and all, but our time is coming and if you’re around the forum enough, and read previous months experiences, this is really expected. We know USCIS don’t exactly work in order but we WILL get our approvals.

Hey Januaryyyyyyyy!!! Man, this wait is becoming eternal hehe. So, my time line moved up one day . Hopefully we start seeing approvals soonI'm at 176 days so I might be getting an approval at 190 days if i am lucky! 

Another week on this roller coaster of emotions...let's go January! WE CAN DO THIS! approvals are coming !

Thank you! Prayers to everyone. I seen some people with 300 plus wait times due to vague security checks. It doesn't look like theres rhyme or reason to their actions 

I know exactly how you feel Im at 191 days today and its frustrating. Im seriously expecting this week good news if not I will be soo frustrated. I hope we can see that USCIS really takes action and have lots of approvals for everyone in January! 

😭😭 praying for you @JayHouser that you will be getting that NOA2 approval soon!!!! We are at day 179. My biggest fear is exactly what you mentioned being above 220 days GOD FORBID!

Good morning everyone. Just hit the big 200 today. I never wanted to see that number 😭. Sometimes I see some of the november and october filers at 250 plus days and it absolutely terrifies me. I wish things were not like this

We originally set ours for Nov 3. But have since moved it to Jan 12. But even now am wondering about just dropping the date completely and see what happens which is really hard for me to do haha. But it feels like the right thing but also a really hard thing to do. We had our hearts set on a wedding, a normal one, and I know we still can do it. But figured it’s less stress just leaving the date to ensure I’m there with decent time together. 
It is certainly hard that’s it all out of our control. Have you booked anything yet or just chosen the date? 

We’re on 191 days, 12 Jan old site, 18th new, and although I’ve had no choice but to book travel already!.., I know there’s no need to panic quite yet. Once NOA2 has been issued, I understand that we have to have visas in-hand within 4 months of that happening. I’ve read on this that some early January submitters (4th on NOA1) have only just been approved. Like someone said, there’s no real distinguishable pattern to all this. Someone with the same dates as me got approved last week.. it doesn’t seem quite right or fair that these petitions are not being processed in the order they are received but we have zero control, so let’s all just chill I say ☺️

I wish I had spent the time at this point last month researching the next steps. It’s all good as I got up to speed quickly. Hope the USCIS powers through your month ❤️👌🎉
