Hi everyone,
My case was updated today: New Card Is Being Produced
I am one of a few of us that applied with a waiver. I didn't have an interview at all, not for the first green card or this one. My only interview was at the embassy in my country during the K-1 process. Here is the rest of my timeline.
CIS Office : Texas Service Center Date Filed : 2020-02-08 NOA Date : 2020-02-11 RFE(s) : Bio. Appt. : 2020-08-10 (old biometrics applied) Congrats...
If you dont mind... pls what were the documents/ evidence of good faith marriage did you submit?
Also, did your case get transferred to NBC?

Hello everyone. My husband's I-751 was transferred from Texas Service Center to NBC. We applied August 2020. Early October USCIS notified us that old biometrics would be used. It was transferred November 10. We had an interview for AOS. We haven't received an RFE for ROC. The notice said it was transferred to NBC for faster processing. Case status online says we will assign the case to an officer. We will review your case and mail you our decision.
I've been told that all cases that go to NBC will have an interview. I've also been told NBC is now processing and making decisions on cases. From our case status is it safe to assume that we may not have an interview? Or is interview still possible? I figured if they want to interview us our case status would say we will be scheduled for interview. Any thoughts? Or anyone with a similar timeline/situation? Thanks
Hi there... so does the context of the notice specifically state " for faster processing " or "as part of standard process"...?
Thanks in anticipation of ur response...

I also received an email saying my card is being produced! No interview needed! I'm still in shock because 1. I didn't expect this to come so soon given that I'm in CA and things have been pretty slow and 2. I'm a divorcee so I thought there would be an interview.
Congrats... do you mind sharing the list of evidence/documents submitted as proof of legit marriage? Thanks

Today my case was transferred. many around me were also transferred. Which office I have no idea. How do we find out? Most likely from Texas to NBC?
On December 15, 2020, your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number SRCXXXXXXXXXX, was transferred to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice
Same here... if you don't mind me asking... was it a joint or Waiver filing?

Nebraska Service Center. Case was received on 01/06/20, finger prints applied on 07/15/20, received a notification on 11/23/20 that card was in production, 11/24/20 another notification that case was approved, and today received the 10 year green card, although I still haven’t received the approval notice yet. Good luck to those still waiting!!!!
Congrats....
Was it joint or Waiver application?

Hi everyone,
I have been following this group for a while now and i was hoping to get some information. I filled for ROC in February. I filed with a divorce waiver. I got my NOA a week after and i haven't heard from them again as i have been seeing people who filed the same period as me get approved. I was wondering if anyone who filed with a divorce waiver has been approved. Seeing how quickly the approvals are coming in i am only curious. My service center is Texas.
Hi there... so I kinda have same timeline as yours... filed March 29th 2020... NOA Apr 4th 2020... applied my previous biometrics May 7th 2020... and nufin since then... SRC Texas... Divorce Waiver application...

The IO told me I will get the card in the mail in 2-3 weeks and it's a conditional one for 2 years and etc.
Good luck to everyone still waiting. Good news will come soon!

Sup bro. I know how you feel, just give them a lil more time like a week or 2... There is nothing to worry about if there are no red flags what's so ever. If the iO doesn't like Africans or she had had negative experience with one already that's her personal problem that can't interfere with her formal decision. So either she likes it or not she has to do the right thing by law.
BTW! Having an interview this early is a plus for you bro.. Just count your blessings and be happy. Notin do you.
#My received date is Dec 29... Still nothing#
Hi @mecco and @orkey, as regards mecco's case I keep thinking the slight discrepancy in the number of his children might be the reason for the non-approval of his case yet...
These guys look out for just about anything to frustrate one's case.
If it keeps lingering for too long I'd suggest he contracts an immigration attorney or a legal rep..

Hello House,
This goes to filers going for their AOS interview this month and next month, please kindly hint/outline the list of supporting documents y'all going with.
My marriage is slightly over 5 months, just got added to my spouse's bank accounts cuz I just got my ead and SSN, my name has been on the electricity bill since we got married, talking to the apartment office folks to add me to my spouse's lease agreement, we plan on amending the tax filing cuz she filed for tax only due to me not having any docs by that time. Also, we didn't have any wedding ceremony cuz we needed the money for AOS fees.
So with all these being said, what do y'all advice as regards supporting documents we need to get?

As you can see in my signature, I got the email/text with the interview scheduled update this past Sunday (April 8th) and the letter arrived today. The update was dated April 5th, so that would be a week since then.
Thanks for the response.. What date is your interview? Cuz the trend is about a month from the notice date.
Am asking this cuz am yet to do my medicals..
