    Do you have to do the whole two hole punch thing? When we submitted the AOS we did folders like this and liked it much better. Does it say where you have to put it together a certain way for the 751? We are doing exhibits and I would rather do it per manilla folder again.

    Should the letter be the POV of you jointly or the my husband (who is british?) its look the pov is from the american then you sign it together. before it was always the pov of the brit coming here and now its removing it jointly, right?

    Hi! I dont see a December 2022 fliers yet so I'd thought I'd ask here. Forgive me for this may seem like silly question, but the Earliest Date we can submit 751 is December 23, 2022 as my husbands card Expires March 23, 2022 - would it be worth it due to chrismtas etc to wait until after christmas day or like even after the new year to submit? i dont want it getting lost with holiday mail. thanks!

    hi! can i ask, did you put the cover letter on top of table of contents then the list of stuff under the table of contents tab, or have the cover letter/table of contents under the toc tab?

    Can I get some more clarity on the double hole punch thing? I haven't seen this anywhere. We submitted our entire AOS packet without doing that (we put each form in a manila folder) - is it different for 751?

    Sorry one more question when my husband goes, should he say "i want dhs taken off" or just say replacement card? how do we ensure when he gets his new one that will be removed? ( i read some threads on here saying the sso didnt know, etc) so just want to be careful.

    to confirm, we should fill this in (can we type it or do we have to hand write it), and bring the gc/my husbands passport, go to office and just ask for a replacement one so they can remove DHS for work only? This shows he has a permanent resident card?

    How would we even know if there is a restriction? His current green card says valid for work only (he got it before he got his 2 year green card). do we need to do something now with it/once we get the letter - 10 year green card?

    Yes! We remember the lovely 797's Perfect, thanks for confirming. My husband's green card expires in March, so say we dont get a new one in time (that would be a dream) as we plan to apply for it right after Christmas as the 90 day window opens day before christmas eve) , should I husband go to his current employer and provide that letter I assume?

    Thank you so much! Which notice of action do you mean? After its been sent in and received? I heard that the one notifying you to apply (90 days) doesnt always get sent and received by couples but its on them to know to apply. If we do get it, I assume include a copy of that in our submission?

    Hi all, we are submitting ours end of Dec/Beginning of Jan... Would anyone provide the list of what they gave/examples of their cover letters? Do we need to do affidavits? If we are mailing ours to the Carol Stream location (live in IL via USPS) how do we know which call center it goes to? Did people put everything in one big pile or separate it out by made up sections? Its not as cumbersome as AOS or clear defined what is needed/sections to separate it by Thanks for any input!
