You should bring whatever documents the acceptable documents table lists for his current situation. Bring a print out of that section of the table as well so they see it is from their documentation.

    Good luck

Have you considered an early walk-in? https://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/367977-thinking-of-early-walk-in-for-biometrics/?page=15 Some offices sometimes allow early walk-ins. A few even allow people from out of town to do biometrics.

It's a 8 or 9 digit number. It should be in the "Beneficiary" box of the I-129F approval notice:

    Send it ASAP.
It's the number in red on the K-1 visa:

The K-1 technically is a nonimmigrant visa.
Yes, that's fine. Some people even leave that part blank and it's still approved. Or you can put in a completely unreasonable trip, such as: 02/26/2019 to 03/04/2019.
Your choice. I recommend to select "No" for 14. Right now select "No" for 13.a. and leave 13.b. blank.
    18.a. United Kingdom
    18.b. N/A
    (c)(9) https://www.uscis.gov/working-united-states/information-employers-employees/employer-information/employment-authorization
    Leave the third parentheses blank.
Don't fill them in. None of them apply to eligibility category (c)(9).

Yes, send it all in the same envelope. You can separate each "packet" with paper clips. In the I-485 "packet" include the I-864 and supporting documents as mentioned in the link above.

LOL I know right?! My folder was huge because of the 4 applications in it! There is no way it's misplaced AND I tracked it with the post office and it did arrive. Should I email the lock box support account like you did? What did you say in the email?😕

The DS - 160 is a document that stands alone. It does not affect anything. It does not need to be finished to do anything else but needs to be completed for the interview and it can be completed between now and the day before your interview. You can't use it to find any information about your case. You can't use if for anything other than for its original intent and that is for the CO to use during your interview to adjudicate your case.

So, you can fill it out now, wait for your case number, wait till you finish scheduling the interview or wait till you complete your medical. There is nothing that says when it is a good time to fill out the DS-160 but to have it completed by the day before the interview.

the next step is waiting NVC to assign you a case number (usually takes 14 days or more) and send your case to the embassy in Dominican republic.
for each country, the documents you need, differ. you will surely need a copy of your 129f application, NOA2 notice, ds160 form completed, income verification (pay stubs and or letter of employment) tax returns from the last 3 years, 1-134 affidavit of support, pictures showing you two together, passport pictures of the beneficiary, bank statement from the bank showing petitioner's account details going back one year.

Yes that question has been answer more times then not answered. Some times the search function can be a great friend. Upper right corner, blue box, with "Google Custom Search". But I will add it again.

Checking on your embassy case number from NVC:
It will take 7 - 10 business days for NVC to receive your file from USCIS after you receive the NOA2, then another 2 - 5 business days for NVC to get your file in there system and produce your case number.  Call 7:00 am eastern time for shorter wait times.

1-603-334-0700 or 603-334-0888. Operator assistance is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM (Eastern Time)

1 for English, then 7 (or 5, but I would go 7 as they would tell you if you should call 5 instead after they receive your case.)

    Best time to call:
Right after they open which is around 7:00pm Philippine time/ 7:00am US Eastern Time, Mon-Fri. I was always able to have the phone answered after the first ring if I called right at 7am.

    Ok guys RFE update:
Called tier 1 at 8am this morning when I got to work. Spoke with a young guy. He read his usual script of it’s going to take 60 days blah blah I said thank you can you transfer me to a tier 2 and he said for what. I said to speak about my case and he said for what. I said I have questions. He said WHAT questions. Really rudely and I said THANK YOU I WILL HANG UP AND CALL AGAIN. When I hung up I was like Oh Oh maybe he will flag my case so I hung up and called back really fast and got another young man. Explained my case all over again he said you’ve been approved and it’s been mailed out on the 21, approved the 20th. (Mind you I called the 21 and they read their usual script and said to wait 60 days) I said I figured that much since all the RFE was about was a letter of intent. And he said yes it says right here, your approved.

So really it’s the luck of the draw. I just got home and have the approval in my hand.
I called Aug 9 tier 1 said he saw something flagged TWO weeks prior but nothing sent. Next day RFE was issued and mailed. Received it the 13th. Over night es it the 14th. They received/processed  it the 16th and approved the 20th and mailed out the 21st and arrived today the 24th.
