Or tell them u got disconnected while speaking with tier 2.

My fiance is calling tomorrow again. We hit 210 days. I feel they are starting with february and the ones we havent receive anything is still going to be slower. My fisnce doesnt like to call, he says will have the same answer, that we are in normal processing time, I told him to be a little more persistant and talk to a tier 2, Like everyone said I just wish they could tell you a little more info, like if its coming soon or getting rfe or something. I dont want to be waiting much longer, Indont check the website anymore. For all of us waiting lets keep praying and for the ones who got approved congratulations!!! 

Hi guys. Called like you said and they filed a service request. Said it would take 15-30 days and gave me a ref number. I’m on day 211 today. That’s it. 

I called this morning at 9 but I wasn’t satisfied with a reference number so I called back and said I forgot to ask a tier 2 something if they could please transfer me and they did. Officer said he saw online that on july 25 there was something but that nothing was mailed out. To wait two weeks. So he didn’t say it was an RFE but I figure that’s what it is. Should I call back tomorrow morning? He said he was going to do some investigating as to why nothing was sent out. I know some of you have asked for a faxed copy of the RFEs.

it might not take up to 15 days, if i were you and i didnt get approved by next week, i would call them next week to check on the status of the service request.

Hi guys…I’ve seen many of you are calling. I haven’t because i don’t know what to press or who to ask for. I’m on day 210. Please help 😕I see you’ve been speaking to a tier 2 person. Is that who I ask for because I know the beginning is all automated.

12 on the old site and 18 on the new site, still waiting. We had an email from Uscis - they took action, on thursday and still no change status.

I know the wait is overwhelming us all but I believe the understaffed workers at USCIS are working as hard as they can, if you put into perspective how much volume of work they have to deal with including the current fiasco of the people from our neighboring country and their legal status concerns, its alot of work.
My staff currently run background checks when new people are hired into my organization and in some cases it takes weeks to complete the background check because various cities and counties respond back in varying times. your case might be pending a background check right now, that could be why you haven't heard back. i have had a background check that took 4 weeks to complete and the person only lived in two sates all their life, the reason for delay was that one of the counties had not responded back, their background check person was on vacation and no one else could pull the person's files. So we could not hire this person because we had to wait until the lady came back from vacation and sent us a response that this employee's background is clean with the county.
Just trying to add some context to our waiting. there are varying reasons why we have not heard back from USCIS, it is not always that they are not working hard or trying to avoid your case. It will happen for us all.

Im on day 209 old site
206 new site. I don’t understand why …

It is pretty straight forward, I go by the USCIS app that counts days. When we called the first time, the lady said to call on our 7th month too, but then the other T2 said to call at 215. Also, you can use this website to see what date is ready to inquire, and that date is according to the new website. Right now it says they take inquiries from January 8th (notice date). We are NOA Jan4th and our notice date (new website date) is Jan9th = we can inquire tomorrow, on our day 215.

This group is awesome and always cheering each other. Immigration journey is really not for the faint of heart. Hang in there, guys! Nobody is left behind 💪👍
