Hi guys! Would anyone know what the next status for EAD/AP would be after Case Was Received? It seems like some EAD/AP had status that say Fingerprint Fee Received, but ours never changed even if my husband already had his biometrics done.

Just got our NVC case number over the phone; was only on hold 10 minutes or so.
For those wondering:
NOA1: Feb 9
NOA2: Aug 24
NVC Case Created: Sept 10
NVC Case Number Received: Sept 12
Also, fyi, I had called Monday morning (the 10th) at 6am but was told the case had not been received yet.
How do you know the Case Created and Received dates?

thought it was funny and had to share..
LOL! Mine says August 9th to 13th. How funny and at the same time really sad. Haha

Calling is another story
U are welcome to call at ANY time in the process. Just know that calling too early (which in my PERSONAL opinion is before day 200) might be a waste of time because someone is going to tell you "your case is being adjudicated/you are within normal processing times"
How long you wait depends on how busy the phone lines are. They are always busy FYI
If you want to get a Tier II person (someone that MIGHT know more than the operator that answers the phone), you MOST likely will have to wait for a call back from them. I've heard those can range from an hour to like an entire day.Oh, cool! Big help! Thank you so much.

Define what you mean by waiting time?
Your timeline shows you're an early February filer so hopefully you have your NOA2 in the coming weeks.
Get in the mindset of about 200+ days to receive an NOA2. Anything earlier is simply a blessing. 😊
Good luck! You're almost thereThanks! I meant for when you call, do you have to wait long before someone picks up?

Hi! How's the waiting time for calling USCIS?
-
Did anyone that filed in February receive any RFE's yet? This is making me so anxious.. My NOA1 in the old site is Feb 1 and Feb 6 in the new.

Congrats to all who got approved!!! So exciting!
I wonder how accurate VJ timeline is.. It's saying August 10-14 for me... Fingers crossed!!

It’s kinda pointless to call yet. 189 days is to early. Which would be the first of February received date. Majority of the time they will just tell u that ur within normal processing time and wait till day 210 or 215. (Depending on which site date u go by).
I see, I did see someone from the January thread who called at ~185 days on the new site and got good news.

Has anyone who filed in February called USCIS yet? Just curious

Omg! I feel ours coming LOL hopefully soon! The NOA1 date on my timeline is from the old website. I think its February 6th on the new?
yep! It's weird, though. I see screenshots here having the same submitted and received date on the new website. Mine says February 5 as submitted date, and February 6 as received date.

If you're asked about NOA1 for the new website, is it the Submitted Date or the Received Date?

Thanks! Should I be worried that ours is still "Case Was Received?" Our I-485 is now "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview" after biometrics and sending RFE, but EAD/AP does not seem to be moving..
