I'm December 7 and still waiting.

It’s the start of a new week. Hopefully there’s a lot of approvals.

I’m on day 19 of the 45 that was given to me via email. 

Anyone get approved today?

I was hoping for some approvals being a Friday.

I am the same date as you and was told within 45 days I'll get an answer. Today is day 7

I got an email saying within 45 days I will get an answer. Has been 6 days since then.

Same thing happened to me. I am a dec 7 filer.

The guy said you can be appoved anytime. Just depends on when the officer gets to your case. Can be tomorrow, can be next week.

Just got off the phone with USCIS customer sevice and they said today they assigned an officer for my case and they sent me an RFE. It is not the best news but it is also not the worse one, cause it means few more weeks to wait. I hope it is something that can be easily fixed and we can move on to a new chapter. 

I called today also and they said it’s assifned to an officer for the past 13 days. 

Old site is 12/7

New site is 12/11

NOA1 - Dec 7th on the OLD site

I did it also last week. Said I will get an answer back by the 28th. I’m the same date as you 

I just submitted the "outside normal processing time" and it said that USCIS will review and process the request. Expect a reply by July 28

I noticed it said December 8 on the site so I tried to do the request. That's what I got after submitting...

Your application or petition is currently within the posted processing times. An inquiry may not be created at this time. Further information about recent processing times can be viewed on the uscis.gov webpage.

I called a few days ago when it said December 5 and they told me to wait a month

I'm at 210 and still nothing. 

It's already December 7 on the site, it's 100 degrees right now.

I'm getting annoyed already.

Every time I log into the new site, I think it's going to say approved but then there's nothing.

There's tomorrow for the week and hopefully we get approved.

I don't want to wait until Monday.

They started the 20s apparently and I'm 14th and still nothing. So they're skipping a lot of dates, but that's how they work. Eventually they'll touch all the cases, you have to hold on!! We're almost there!! 

I wonder if we call it will change anything.
