Welcome to the wait  

Just quickly wanted to update that I made it theoigh customs in literally 5 minutes and the
 
officer asked me: how long will you stay? 
Me: 5 weeks
him: what will you be doing?
me: travel and be with my fiance
him: great enjoy that time (stamps and thats it)
 
so here i am  5 weeks ahead of me with my boo! Crossing fingers to get NOA2 as a surprise when I’m still here  who knows right haha let a girl dream

Yep...and we move on....(already tried to break my pc...which already has scars from when I throw it to the wall after those november approvals-I'm getting physical lately)

I feel the exact same. It’s hard and testing on the relationship but you gotta hang in there. You’ve made it this far and your approval will be just around the corner. <3

I also believe everything happens for a reason, or more like theres a link connects all the dots and whenever something doesn't go the way I wanted it to be and got upset, I actually gained more things, best friends even a fiance!, So I believe I am here at this time with this extraordinary wait to get something incredible!
 
I hope we all get that something incredible along the way  

Hahaha yeah I realised I posted that story and then looked back at the form posted by Andy&Kitty and it was the received date, not the posting date. 
 
For those who didn't see my story, basically I was complaining that one of the reasons we filed the day we did is because the weather was so nice that day and we decided to take our forms to the post office, have a nice romantic walk on the way, take silly selfies at the post office, and then have a cold pint to celebrate the day. If only the weather had been better a few days before, we might have been enticed out of our offices to sort everything out and fallen on the magical date of Nov 16 instead of Nov 20 haha

I'm a big believer that everything happens for a reason, so I'm trusting that the Universe has got my back. Our date will come one day!  

No! No! No! Don't give up!!! Even don't give permission to yourself  to think about it!
This is the easiest way you can choose. But who will be suffering more? Just you.
I can understand you. And everyone can understand. All of us are in the same boat which calls "waiting".
We were waiting for our NOA-2 for 6 months long. (And this is not so long as other people have been waiting for now) and there were great days but were awful days also. 
It was one day when I decided give up. Yes. I said to myself "I can't anymore! I giving up!" But on the next day I woke up and realized that emotions and bad mood take control over me. So I asked myself is it really what I want? 
Give up? No!No!No!!! I love my man so much. We were found each other from the million other people. Universe brought us together (we even have the same last name😅) and that was not accidentally. So HOW CAN I GIVE UP? 
This waiting is serious test for relationships and for how strong we can be.  
So what I'm trying to say: be strong! Don't be focused on bad things. I know it's hard. Especially for women) You are so close to be approved. Just a little bit more patience)
Wishing you get your NOA-2 very soon!!!
Stay positive! Remember why you began this process and all the time imagine what amazing time you will have for the rest of your life)

Mine called me and sleep talked about cheese and cowboy, and a Spanish lady in the office (or office lady talking Spanish- not really sure as it was gibberish) 
 
it took me 8 minute (yes because my phone said so) to realize he was talking in his sleep....and I got so angry before I realized I yelled at him "enunciate!"
 
 
so at least you have cute sweet stories..... I have cheese and cowboys....

To my fellow AUGUSTINES! This is really a wonderful day for us. Congratulations to the first ever batch that got approved. We wish you a smooth process from NVC to medical and finally for the interview. Rejoice because you're nearly at the end of this journey! Wooohoooo!
 
And for all of the rest of us who are still waiting, hang in there peeps! Our time will come. Please don't forget to say a little prayer for the previous months that are still waiting for approval until now. Keep them in your thoughts and wish them the best just like I always do.
