Oh gosh, yes I know what you mean, I have a business degree that I mainly did in English but some financial terminology still throws me off and it doesn't make me look great haha. But you could probably do fairly well in that sector in Sweden only knowing English - however, for social purposes Swedish would of course be preferable to know. And ugh currency rates - I kept track of the bigger currencies back at my old job but then when I'm here I just see how much USD I would pay for SEK (not the other way around, like I'm used to) and I have to think twice before I know if it's cheap or not (but it's never cheap... SEK has been super expensive 😑 but I saw just now it's a little better, actually). 
 
Anyway, congratulations again on the GC! Tell Paul I'm jealous.

Us....when we filed back in october we were rejected in november and Uscis updated barely last month for that case...10 months later. It literly said” case recieved” for 10 months. We recieved our rejection letter and we re applied. But dont worry you congrats on your AP!!

So June filers got their EAD already,. But I see some April filers didn’t get EAD.. I guess it is about luck again .... And ead is processed in NBC.

hi everyone im a June 1st filer. I have received my AP letter/ Card last week! My USCIS account hasn't updated at all... so I don't know how long till interview etc until I actually receive the letter I guess! Thats how it went with the AP!!

MAY 9, 2018 FILERS ARE GETTING THEIR EAD's already. 
 
I received my EAD on September 14, 2018. 
 
I am a May Filer and I wish the USCIS would give us the schedule for our green card interview soon. From Sacramento here. Anybody from Sacramento too?

Hi I haven't received EAD and AP so presume if I won't now as I have our green cards?
 
We sent off our packet on 3rd May and our NOA1 date was 16th May.

I have no personal experience, but a friend of mine traveled to Asia last month with her (American) kids on her AP. She went and came back OK (although she did have to go through secondary inspection which took another 2 hours).

To my understanding they state that they go by order with the EAD/AP..the AOS goes depending on your closes center....why are June filers already getting theirs? There are acouple of JUNE filers ...not fair for us 😔...I mean congrats for them! But hey cant help feeling a bit angry at the fact.... 115 days and nothing

And also you mentioned just AP. Is it just AP which got approved or with EAD combo ?? Sorry for all the questions, Just very curious. My PD is also June 1st.

Hubby requested an expedite on EAD last Thursday. He received an email yesterday for proof of financial hardship/job offer. We faxed all of that over and now we wait some more. His biometrics was done on June 7th and that is the last update we have received. I’m getting a bit anxious. 🤪🙈

Status changed to Interview is Scheduled as of Sept 4th!
