As much as possible try to get your records cause these vaccinations cant be easily just taken it can take up to half a year such as HepB

Mumps Measles Rubella Polio Tetanus and diphtheria Pertussis Haemophilus influenzae (Flu shot) Hepatitis A Hepatitis B Rotavirus Meningococcal disease Varicella (chicken pox...not needed if you got it before) Pneumococcal disease
Certain ones they will let you clear without getting the full cycle such as diptheria you can just show you got the first shot with booster shot.

you will need all your medical records showing you have completed your vaccinations. The exam will be a skin check of your genitals as well as your physical appearance making sure you are not a drug addict or other self physical harm. you will also need a TB test if you test positive for skin test you will be forced to take a x-ray if you are positive here you maybe rejected you will have STD tests urine and blood required. They will do a general check of your internal organs check for swelling. If you had been tested positive for STDs in the past make sure you got records for your treatment. Most people probably don't have to worry unless you know you have some obvious symptom that you know yourself that something is wrong.

The list of communicable diseases that bar people from entering the United States, which is  kept by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), continues to grow. The list includes a number of quarantinable diseases (such as cholera, plague, smallpox, and yellow fever), as well as leprosy, tuberculosis, and pandemic flu. Recently HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases (such as chancroid and gonorrhea) were removed from this list

as i have stated earlier as long as your GC can be cured by standard antibiotics you can go for a second medical checkup as long as your STD is not the mutated type of course you got to write in and get an approval for it and be harder to get your visa but it is still possible.

Just letting you know I work for a branch of CDC and see this on a daily basis

The reason why I think its not worth it i came back to America from living in Singapore. I havent lived in America for a while and i realized that after coming back to America it has become so poor. Homeless everywhere and people are crazy. Taxes are crazy although on paper it seems like I earn a lot more but after taxes I only earn about 100 more a month i paid only about 5000 dollars a year in taxes in singapore but here I paid that amount in just a few months. As for my wife she went from earning a high 6 figure salary in her country to earning a quarter of that so we are thinking to jump back over to where is better for us. I may just keep this green card thing as a way to retire in America when we get older but for now its not our best choice to live here.

Just an update to people here. We completed our case and my wife came in at the end of September. And the answer is Yes if you arrive after the marriage date you can get a 10-year visa. cause our case was completed prior to our 2nd year anniversary and the people at the interviewing office was saying we would need to file for removal of conditions and that is not true you can get a 10-year visa just as long as your arrival date is after your 2nd year anniversary. and my wife got her green card 8 days after arrival we paid the fees prior to her arrival. We have no social security card yet and with no social security card, it was difficult to make a bank account as they suspect you of money laundering. Basically for us the whole process took 13 months but honestly i am not sure if it was worth it. If anyone got questions about the application process or any other advice I will be willing to help. I did my case on my own no lawyer and I spent a lot of time doing research to counter any issues they had with our case.

Its also good advice to everyone here. Never trust the US government even if your documents clear doesnt mean anything to them you have to always approach each case as though you are a guilty party and prove you are right.  And i believe nvc doesnt give a checklist anymore during my interview they didnt have any checklist and my spouse had a double interview once in her language and once in english. They went through things not even listed nor scanned in the nvc page. But we were approved on the spot. I saw other cases get rejected for much worse than your case while i was waiting. They did interviews in the open so i wouldnt worry too much most cases clear and if you dont pass you can always contest any rejection within a time limit so dont worry it will just cost you more time and some letter writing to get things cleared

My visa was approved and i also had a low income for 2017 due to me moving back to usa and working less than quarter of the year i did not meet the poverty level. I did not use a joint sponser but was approved. I used my bank account which was more than the 5x requirement of the poverty level. I also showed all my pay stubs for 2018 and scanned them to the nvc website to show i was well above the poverty limit for 2018 and during the interview i stated that and no problems also stated my job and that i also work for the special area of the government they also requested to see my work ID so maybe that helped a bit not sure.

My spouse had an interview last friday and case was approved instantly. For people who are curious about the interview they did go through the evidence we showed photos and financial documents to show that there was enough funds i had no joint sponser they asked about our wedding and living situation. Took copies of original documents and compared with whats online took medical records police records. This was all done in the hong kong embassay and i was unable to enter they were quite strict

But now we got a new problem we will make our 2 year anniversary in september. I have heard people saying you can get a 10 year green card as long as she travels into the US after the 2 year anniversary date can anyone confirm that.

The guy i spoke to claims they have been working on it 24 hours a day and i was so pissed with the second guy i spoke with. i already bought a ticket to join my wife for the interview and now the money is going to the shithole of a country i live in cause they cant get things working right. I was told if the system doesnt work most interviews will be rescheduled cause the interviewer needs to see what is online to ask questions to confirm

Depends on the country you are from. Certified true marriage certificate or original. Police certificates some countries only allow with visa letter. Passport biographic page. Passport size photo. These are the general ones the rest will depend on your country. For the petitioner there is no civil documents.petitioner just needs to do the i864 form and supply proof of income. And again it depends on what you are declaring on your i864 form if its savings then provide your bank statements and current savings if its salary supply a pay stub etc

I am not 100% sure on this but from what i have observed and understand from the webpage is that it takes the first date as 50 percent complete of all applicants and almost 100 percent for all applicants of the second date on the processing time. so it means that all applications should be done within that time frame but it also means that 49 percent of applicants will be done before the first date.If you are into statistics it basically is the bell curve calculation and also from my research it seems that country for the applicant also matters. so if you are from a higher risk place you will have to wait longer. but a good way to reference it is looking at the first date on the processing time and if your application is about 3 months from that date then there is a higher chance of approval for nebraska not sure about others. anyways hopefully this helps. no point in calling them because they will just read what can be read online and waste your time.

I feel you i am done with waiting i did not even get a rfe my pd is 9/11 in nebraska the time has been postpone to be even longer before anyones forms will be looked at. its not worth the wait if i go to where my wife lives i can get a visa in 1 month and now i have wasted 6months  of time for a usa visa that will take maybe another 6 months to even get anything started. I have obtained visas in other countries like japan and singapore in less than this 6 months. America is not the best option in the world i am planning on giving up my citizenship once i settle my things so i can make my move
