Oh then you'll receive it next week probably! We sent it Monday it arrived there Next day also PO box they sent us a text on next Tuesday but our noa was the Friday before
 
really it changes a lot but it doesn't mean much 

oh wow! once those summer filers are cleared up, USCIS should be able to finish winter filers too in no time especially when you said it's in general more quiet. January should be quick and painless too (fingers crossed) although i saw some cases lasted for 6-7 months and some others got their NOA2 in 3-4 months. To make the wait easier, I'm going to visit my USC fiance soon in March. We're going to look for a rent, start preparing I-134 form, take a dance class for our wedding (hey, never too early to learn how to dance), have our engagement party, meet his big family (i've met his parents a couple of time, but this time it's for aunts and uncles and cousins all over california), accompany him to a conference in sacramento (his industry is having a meeting with local representatives, so he thinks it would be good to observe for my civic education ). I'm really crossing my fingers here. My expected POE will be before thanksgiving. we're already thinking we should start preparing our wedding once the NVC start working on our case. Keep our spirit high, fellow VJers!!

Petition mailed on 01/26, delivered on 01/29. Got the text message and email today showing a receive date of 01/29! May the odds be in our favor for a speedy NOA2!

Looks like USCIS are speeding processing up which is great. have 6-7 months in my head for NOA2 right now so hopefully we should all be done by September-November and with our significant others by then (I'm really hoping) Excited!!

Taking the monthly situation numbers from @Naes and it looks like our wonderful government immigration entity has picked up the pace (albeit it might be to early to tell if it will continue  but it looks promising), I realistically think that we could have noa2 in 5 months. We will see how quickly they get thru August but if they can work thru that quickly,  they should fly thru sept November and December as petitions for this months are much lower than in prior months. Fingers crossed

London has no problem with co-sponsors. They will require an I-134 from ONLY the co-sponsor, as well as their financial evidence. That evidence can be something like their most recent tax transcript and an employer letter. Also expect that during the interview, your fiancé may be asked questions relating to the co-sponsor. Remember though that sponsorship is a two-fold process. Once your fiancé is in the US and you marry, you must file AOS, and this will require the more stringent and legally binding financial stuff.
